Sebastian splashes out a waterskin, before he coils up around himself, before expanding rapidly, sending out a wave of dark wave of water all around him, releasing a burst of fae magic and making the area around him become a mimicry of the deepest part of the sea.
the area is as dark as the deep sea, and light has equal difficulty passing through it as it does in the actual deep, those within who are not built to handle the crushing pressure of the deep sea slowly get compressed by the sheer weight of the water around them.
Sebastian, of course, being adapted to this environment, finds it rather comfortable.

You create a hemispherical dome of Deep Sea originating at your Location, with a radius of 60 feet. and lasting for 5 minutes. The area inside your zone is affected in the following ways:
A boneless, amorphous creature that is able to consume and take the place and functionality of someone's hand, feeding off of their blood to sustain itself. It is capable of morphing into a keratinous blade roughly the length of a kitchen knife, being able to lash out on a thick chord of sinew before contracting back into position.
The creature requires a genetic imprint of the original limb that it is replacing, and must entirely consume the limb that it replaces. If the original limb is regained, it ceases to function, reverting to an amorphous wad of fleshy substance.
This Artifact can be used as a knife. It is roughly the same size as a knife but can be collapsed into a normal arm and hand and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action. Unless it is a part of the same artifact as Frobrukt, and it's respective conditional has been satisfied, this Artifact behaves as its mundane counterpart.
Attack by rolling (Dexterity or Brawn) + (Melee or Brawl), Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +1 Weapon Damage.
This item is a living thing. When targeted, it counts as a Living Creature in addition to its other target types. If destroyed or abandoned for more than two days, it dies and becomes unusable.

Summon a single pufferfish friend!! at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. This Artifact may have at most 1 minion active at a time.

The flame burns the end of the cigarette and smoke spills from the end. The cigarette smoke spills out and lightly fills the area. In the Zone, greek columns of smoke form a large crossroad no matter the direction anyone inside moves the crossroad appears to go on forever.

Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action. Select a Location within 60 feet of you. You must use up A cigarette in order to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.

Any time someone leaves your zone, they remain affected by your Zone Effects for an additional 3 Rounds as if they were still within the zone.
Your zone blends with the environment, seeming to arise naturally from local effects. Observers who roll Perception + Alertness and achieve an Outcome 4 or higher notice that it is unnatural.
The final boss lets out an enraged scream that seems to reverberate with hundreds of voices alongside his own, turning the very environment around him ashen and intensely hot.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see your eyes turn red as you channel the enraged screams of all those you've wronged.
