Description

With a glance, the user eyes gleam as they see the target as a bunch of numbers. They then proceed to steal that targets stats.
The more they understand their target, the easier it is to Steal the attribute
A successful Theft will make their target lose the Stolen attribute.

System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and choose an Animate target within 45 feet. Make a contested roll of your Intellect + Alertness ( dice) Difficulty 6 against the target's to dodge or Defend (as for an attack with a thrown weapon) as a Reaction. If you succeed, Strength is reduced by one point for a day. You cannot reduce Attributes to zero.

Drained attributes are recorded as Battle Scars on the character sheet, and are affected by anything which interacts with Battle Scars.

Enhancements

Siphon (You gain the Attributes you drain as a dice bonus to rolls made with that same Attribute equal to the amount you drained. Lasts one hour.)
