Joe Goldberg Grab's His Target and makes a simile, the target was never seen again
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Roll Charisma + Influence (8 dice) at Difficulty 6. Your target may resist by rolling Body at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, the target is afflicted with a Condition that causes one of the following symptoms:
The affliction can be diagnosed with a Medicine roll, and may be cured by modern medicine through treatment at a fully equipped facility. Treatment outside of a facility may stop the affliction from worsening for a day, but will not cure the underlying Condition.
When you activate this Effect, instead of occurring immediately, you may choose to delay its effects until the target takes a particular Action. For example: "when they fire a gun" or "when they swim in deep water."
Henry extends his arm straight, and, holding a small source of zinc in the same hand, points with his index finger directly at the target. His arm drags back and forth slightly, looking for sensitive electronics inside.
"The automated lensing systems seem absolutely shot. At least they're pointing forward-ish. It's a lot less handy, but I can effectively 'aim' them at the target. It's not entirely unlike aiming a gun, actually. The matter forge isn't working quite right either, but that's fine. Lith can just strip the electrons needed locally. I'd just rather they not be from me."
The cyberwarfare suite is controlled by an onboard AI, which Henry was very happy to finally get working. Even if they bicker some. For example, Lith will never admit failing a hack herself. It's just Henry moving his hand the wrong way while she was working. When he does hold his arm steady enough, though, Lith is able to read and write electron states directly in the device's memory. This permits her to influence the digital state of a device directly. By reflex, she ensures she won't be detected for the operation of the mission.
Spend 2 Actions. Select a Computer within 20 feet. Can be used on Alien technology. You must use up a small amount of zinc in order to activate this Effect. Roll Dexterity + Firearms (5 dice), with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
Your hack cannot be discovered by system administrators or firewall software for a number of hours equal to your Outcome on the initial roll.
This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 1.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their body and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Battle Scar: Extensive Augmentation - Head - Your head has had extensive augmentation performed to it, and some tradeoffs had to be made. * Appearance: The vehicle appears as a Plymouth Volare in a drab sheirrf brown. The Plymouth Volare has a Black bull bar on its front. The car has off-road tires a modern police light bar on top, along with speakers and a spotlight. The car has the El Paso police department logo on its outside (doors, hood, and roof). The seats are made out of cheap light brown leather, the dashboard has a speed camera, and radio gear. There are separation bars between the driver and the back seat. (filled in with bulletproof glass and metal bars). The front windshield has stickers for the local police department, along with a Sons of Salem sticker and an aged sticker for an El Paso-based insurance company.
--------------------------------------------------------
* The car's diet and addictions: The Valor prefers fuel from the Valero Gas station in El Paso. However, it seems 'fine' with gas from the Shell. The car goes in to withdraw after a time without gas from Valero Gas station, This seems to be 'helped' if it is fueled with leaded gas, however, this seems to cause another addiction to surface.
--------------------------------------------------------
* Personality: The car is generally rather stubborn, along with this the car also has a short fuse causing outbursts ( Its outbursts can go from refusing to work properly to running people over, Go wild GM) this normally happens when the car doesn't get what it wants for prolonged periods, or when encountering something it doesn't like or doesn't understand. Through the years it has moved on to new things to hate primarily jumping on to new waves of media-sponsored panic, Its current main hate is Non Humans and Modified Humans (The car seems to be more stubborn along with a shorter fuse with said persons, GM again feel free to go wild)
Built-in a time of hate and fear, used to suppress new ideas. Info fed to it through sources of hate and fear, it has known nothing else to it through its life, and now in its old age, it reflects that hate and fear onto the world. One could say it is more like a scared old man than anything else.
This Artifact can be used as a Plymouth volar. It is roughly the same size as a Plymouth volar but can be collapsed into Car keys. and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
This Plymouth volar has Modernized Plymouth volar. Any roll to pilot this vehicle receives +2 dice.

Midnight, at Queens, New York. Bodies lay tattered over the streets as the sound of machine gunfire thunders throughout the once sleeping hours. In a restaraunt, five men unleashed the wrath of their guns, shredding and rupture any unfortunate souls to have been caught in the crossfire. In the restaraunts kitchen a lone contractor hunkers down and pray, waiting for the moment the gunfire is silenced as he cuts his leg brandishing the glock against the wound and when the hammers finally fall onto nothing and silence remains the contractor rose up drawing the handgun in his palms only for it to breakaway, strecthing wires of metal to its disembodied parts, filling the void with alloy giving form to a gattling gun. Taking it's first breath in with a hail of lead and sonorous screams.
This Artifact can be used as a handgun. It is roughly the same size as a handgun and just as difficult to conceal.
Attack by rolling Dexterity + Firearms, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +4 Weapon Damage.

You may roll Charisma + Crafts to attempt to make your disguise Beautiful. If your Outcome is 6 or higher, non-Effect Charisma rolls where your good looks could help are rolled at -2 Difficulty. If you fail or botch, you are ugly instead, and non-Effect Charisma rolls are made at +2 Difficulty.
This Effect ends if you take an Injury or are stunned or incapacitated.
The spy can do up their ID to appear as any valid form of identification.

The new object's appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
When used as identification and scanned, the scanner will act appropriately and bring up appropriate generic information. Further searches for the identity in the computer will turn up no results.

Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action or Reaction.
You phase out of reality for up to 4 Rounds. During this time, you cannot perceive or affect the outside world or take any Actions. You cannot move. Nothing can interact with you in any way.
When you activate this Effect, you may limit its duration to a period of your choosing. If you are able, you may also end it as a Free Action on your initiative.
You leave a golden glow shaped like yourself at your location.
The De-Neuralizer is a small silver device that can emanate a bright flash of light. Any being that looks into it with uncovered eyes has their most recent period of the their memory set into a highly over-writable state for a moment. While in this state, their memories may be overwritten at will.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within within arm's reach. All Sapient targets within 20 feet are affected. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is looking directly into the device with uncovered eyes. Roll Charisma + Influence (8 dice) at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the most recent 1 hour from your target’s memory is either replaced with new memories or forgotten entirely. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
Dazzle Glasses are advanced "black-tech" espionage gear. They can be styled as any sort sunglasses. When the wearer is recorded, they will quickly flash a non-visible laser into the recording device, destroying it after only a moment of footage is taken.
