System

You may transform into one of up to [[number-animals]] non-human, non-flying creatures. These creatures may be aesthetically supernatural but cannot bestow any supernatural abilities. They must have analogous stats to an extant, living, mundane animal. You do not have access to any of your Powers while transformed.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action transforming into one of the following creatures: Black Bear and Shark. You remain transformed for up to one hour and may end the effect at will.

Your Injuries persist between forms, with potentially lethal results.

You should record the Attributes and Body score of your chosen creatures when you take this Power. Otherwise their stats are at the GM's discretion. You adopt the new form's Attributes (other than Intellect) and Body rating.

Enhancements

Cantrip (Activating this Effect has no Exertion cost, but it can have no more than 3 Drawbacks and its Gift Cost can never be increased above 2.)
Indefinite Duration (After changing shape, you stay in that form until you choose to revert or reactivate this Effect.)
Fur Coat (Your clothes change with you and are returned when you change back.)

Drawbacks

Exhausting (After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.)
Mage (Activating this Effect requires two consecutive Actions of Concentration. It involves intricate use of the body and voice. If interrupted during activation, the Effect fails. It is obvious you are preparing to activate an Effect during casting.)
