You are transported directly to the chosen Location. Anyone who is touching you as you Travel will be brought along with you. You must wait an hour before activating this effect again.
If you traverse any Trails or Backroads for one minute, you may activate this Effect and travel to the edge of any other Trails or Backroads that you’re aware of, regardless of range.
When you Travel, you leave a trail of footsteps leading too and from locations as a distinct trail between your starting and end points.

Ghost dashes towards their destination, whether on the ground or in the air, and their cloak, for a moment, trails behind them, appearing as a set of phantom wings propelling them onwards.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action. Select a Location which is at most 60 feet away horizontally or 15 feet away vertically.
You jump to the chosen location. If jumping blind or landing precariously, must roll Dexterity + Athletics to land safely. You will never take fall Damage from successfully landing a jump made with this Effect.
You may activate this Effect while in free-fall, as long as your target Location is a surface on which you can land. You are immune to fall damage.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a number of Living targets equal to your Charisma within 45 feet as well as a specific emotion. This Effect cannot be used unless must be able to preform a shanty and be heard. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next hour, affected targets will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by the chosen emotion. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way. Your own emotions are also shifted in the same way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
David sets a table or floor appropriately and puts down a Ouji board, calling upon the spirits present to divulge in him the secrets of the item he has placed next to the board, its power and purpose. A shade appears visibly in the room to move the planchette and answer, and sometimes may audibly speak or ignore the board and more visually give answer. If the object in question is a corpse, typically the spirit of the body will explain who killed them
David has walked through the Realms of Death many times, and spoken with many of the dead. Shades are starting to be drawn to him. Where another medium would be ignored by the dead, David’s rituals draw attention, even when they are done with such non-potent materials as commonplace Ouji boards. Unlike Blavatsky, whose earlier teachings inspire him, David does claim to speak with the dead, rather than other entities (Blavatsky was notably strange for her time for claiming that unlike other mediums the intelligences she consulted with were things other than ghosts).

Snake Oil includes Amphetamines as a component, & causes the appropriate effects.
Spend 1 minute and use up this Snake Oil. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Your target must make a Trauma roll to reap the benefits of this Effect. They may choose to Resist the Effect and not make the roll. Roll 7 dice at Difficulty 6, dice penalties do not apply.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
The psychic can glean various important details about a person simply by engaging in a short conversation with them.

No terrestrial animal dares defy the will of the beastmaster. The beastmaster exerts their dominance over an animal by locking eyes and giving a primal cry. The creature immediately becomes docile and eager to please.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Non-Alien Creature within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is a terrestrial animal.
For the next day, you may issue specific commands to your target which they will be compelled to follow.
Your commands can be complex and multi-layered, though they must still be specific. You cannot make them obviously endanger themselves or violate their instinct for self-preservation. The effects of the command will fade after a day has passed.
The mutant has gained some control over their genetic instability, allowing them to trigger a mutation at will. When the need arises, their flesh warps and twists, and a new mutation manifests that is suited to whatever obstacle the mutant happens to be facing at the time.
Spend 30 minutes. You may only target yourself. The target can easily Resist.

Spend an Action. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use a melee weapon to activate this Effect. Roll Brawn + Melee at Difficulty 6. The target may roll Body, -2 dice at Difficulty 7, as a Free Action to resist.
If you succeed, the target receives a new Battle Scar of your choosing, limited by the contested Outcome:
All alterations you make must damage the target's knees.
This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 2.
The Skeleton Key slips easily into any keyhole and turns without a fuss.

You may lock, unlock, and/or open any number of doors, containers, knots, or locks within arm's reach of you. Cannot be used on Alien technology.
If you successfully operate a lock, you may choose to destroy it, rendering it inoperable.
