When activated, a viscous black inky liquid envelopes the target and makes them feel drowsy, until they have fallen into a state of sleep paralysis (the target does not fall asleep). When in this states the target remains conscious, but cannot take any actions for the duration of the is effect.
While drowsy the target suffer an additional -2 dice Penalty to all Actions.

Spend an Action. Select a Living or Animate target within 30 feet. Roll Brawn + Alertness at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Body at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target becomes drowsy for the next 3 Rounds, during which time they suffer an additional -2 dice Penalty to all Actions. During this time, they remain fully conscious and aware of their surroundings but are incapable of taking any actions.
Sleeping targets will not prematurely wake up on their own, and can only be awoken by taking Damage or nearing death from hunger, thirst, or suffocation. Drowsy targets always fall asleep, regardless of what happens while they are drowsy.
An affected target's dreams while they are asleep will involve you in some way, and will reveal you as the source of their sleep as well as reveal secret information about yourself to them.
If an affected target was already sleeping when you used this Effect, they are put into a deep coma that lasts indefinitely, but they will be awoken from it if being tickled on their olfactory organ.
When an affected target wakes up, they remain drowsy for the next minute, and suffer a -3 dice penalty. If an affected target successfully resists being put to sleep, they will still become drowsy for the next minute, and will suffer the same penalty.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Black Inky liquid envelopes the target.

The Zweihander is a dull and grey weapon made of Knihburg steel, it features not livery nor adornments, simply dull steel.
It's much larger and heavier than typical, custom made for a large Knight of considerable strength and an average person would not be able to use the weapon effectively.
It's exceptionally well made, forged specifically for Waldemar to the point wielding it feels more natural than his own arms do, this compatibility allows him to use the blade to almost supernatural degrees in combat.

The new object's appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
