The cloak’s intricate patterns blaze with a golden and crimson glow, casting warm, soothing light. Flames, gentle yet intense, rise from the cloak and wrap around the injured area, weaving through wounds with a comforting heat that mends and restores. The air shimmers with energy, and a subtle hum resonates as the healing power of the Phoenix flows through, closing injuries and revitalizing the body. The sight is both awe-inspiring and serene, as the essence of the legendary Phoenix breathes life back into the wounded.
Expend a point of Battery and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
The engineer carefully looks over the object. With a few well places taps or hits, the object seemingly works again, even if it looked to be entirely useless just mere seconds before,

On drinking or having it touch another, most of that target’s physical needs are frozen in time as the energy of the ouroboros sustains and protects them.
The ouroboros has connected with Sal, giving him the smallest bit of infinity as a liquid he can secrete they conveys the revitalizing and infinite nature of the ouroboros.

As they unseal the bag and exposes its contents to the air, the once-ebony powder undergoes an eerie transformation, morphing into a blinding, incandescent white. With a Wind up they slap the blizzard-like unholy substance into there system. The Target is raked with intense demonic visions of pleasures that leave the users traumatized.
Spend an Action and use up this Cocaine zip bag (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7). Make a Brawl attack at a Living target within normal attack range. Your target takes a Severity 1 Injury. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. The target may roll to dodge or defend, as normal for Brawl attacks. The attack does not deal Damage, but the Effect does.
You may cure any Non-Alien diseases, toxins, or poisons afflicting your target even if you have not diagnosed or fully understood it. You may cure diseases or poisons even if they are not treatable through modern medicine. During treatment, the malady you are treating does not progress or cause additional Damage or other effects. Your patient is required to Daily partake in a dose of cocaine and study. for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.
You may treat Alien maladies and curses. If there is some method to cure them, you learn what it is. If the malady does not provide its own means of curing it, it is cured.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.

You cannot investigate the same target more than once per hour. At the end of your investigation, roll Charisma + Investigation at Difficulty 6.

This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is that you keep peeking at the target. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
Once the werewolf tastes the blood of their prey, there's no escape. Those injured by the beast's claws and teeth are marked with its saliva. Their wounds smell strongly of blood, and it's only a matter of time before the werewolf returns with a vengeance to finish the kill.
This Effect activates whenever a target you have injured with your teeth or claws escapes the range of your unarmed attacks. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is alive and bleeds.
