This device now possesses a "Tissue reconstruction" application which will pair with a Bluetooth enabled device and implant a control subroutine while physically dispensing a nanite "goo" onto the target area of the subject. This goo quickly permeates damaged tissues and replicates to replace whatever critical structures are damaged, then begins the slow work of regrowing permanent native tissue in its place. From this point, if communication with the controller is lost before this month-long process completes, the nanites will shut down and lose cohesion, resulting in the failure of the repair.
Dr. Laz and Eliza have been working to enhance the tissue reconstruction system for greater flexibility in targets, as well as for more efficient treatment. More rapid functional deployment was made possible by simply allowing the nanites to replace damaged tissue directly and offloading the task of coordinating true tissue reconstruction to a local controller. Right now this can be done in only a minute, but Laz's goal is to work this down to a few seconds.
Expend a point of Battery and spend a minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless The target possesses some form of Bluetooth enabled device to program as a nanite controller. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect. Your patient is required to remain within bluetooth range (30ft) of the selected control device, and keep it charged and operational for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.
The amulet infuses energy into its user as an onyx, mechanical tentacle with claspers leaks out of the user's core, ready to serve.
To feed the artifact, one simply holds a rare mineral up to the gem in the amulet, watching as it quickly seems to melt and be sucked into the gem.
Expend a point of Battery and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: mutter to yourself as you spread your arms, allowing the appendages to dramatically grow out of your core. This Effect cannot be used unless you have fed the artifact rare minerals in the last 24 hours. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You gain an additional limb that functions as a standard human arm and hand. Lasts two hours.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
Your appendage is selectively incorporeal, allowing you to reach through walls or ignore grapples on it.
Your extra appendage can stretch to reach an additional 30 feet.
Your extra appendage is not connected to your nervous or circulatory systems, and you will not take damage if it is hit by an attack or destroyed.
Your Extra Appendage counts as an object and can be hacked or targeted by any Powers that affect objects or machines. Injuries to your Extra Appendage cannot be healed by Powers that affect living things but may be repaired during Downtime.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within 45 feet. Roll Brawn + Alertness Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4.
The pages of the journal transform into the desired identification. A passport is the most obvious 1:1 illusion, but an official government ID and badge that flips open is also possible. Other forms of ID such as driver's license, insurance ID cards, gym memberships, etc. appear as their appropriate cards encased in a laminate sheet on each page of the journal. It is impossible to remove these IDs (as their an illusion), but this inability always seems to be an inability of the user to find the laminate seam. (If necessary there will be some modification to the laminate, allowing a magnetic strip on the ID card to be scanned.)
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a pocket journal and just as difficult to conceal.
Spend a Quick Action to activate. This Artifact changes its appearance into an Object within the category of identification. This lasts until you decide to end the Effect, which may be done as a Free Action.
The new object's appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
When used as identification and scanned, the scanner will act appropriately and bring up appropriate generic information. Further searches for the identity in the computer will turn up no results.
A Hi-Tech half-mask, gas mask with a built in filtration system, also has a port to allow oxygen tubes. It stops all diseases that may be in the air or helps fend off any affliction that may affect the user.
The Gas Mask itself is rather normal with it looking Hi-Tech with small lightweight metal plates covering the outside. What makes this gas mask different is the filtration system itself, with making two small containment areas inside the two filter air filter areas, with the air being breathed in being imbued by 'Mana'. Which in turn either helps the body resist any effects or any diseases in his body, although it is to be known that the 'Mana' inside the mask seems to either help or doesn't and it also seems to weigh heavy on the mind of the user.

The artifacts unfolds outward into the limbs of a bow, with a light-blue energy line that acts as a string to connect the two. The user can then pull on the energy line, causing it to shift colors and turn darker, until finally it is released and a arrow of blue energy is fired at the target.
Arrows are comprised of Hard Light and function and behave like normal arrows, apart from being able to produce a faint glow.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact and engaged in combat with this Bow.
Your attacks with this Bow have their base Difficulty set to 6, are no longer limited by your Brawn, and deal +3 Bonus Damage. Armor is fully effective against this damage. Reloading is considered a Free Action.
This device is a piece of chrome the size and shape of the back of a spoon. When placed against the skin, small hypodermic needles sprout from the device and attach it to the user's bloodstream. There, it filters and releases lifesaving drugs into the bloodstream, granting complete immunity from contracting new diseases and added resiliency in all other cases.
WARNING: The immunizing drugs have been shown to reduce inhibitions in test subjects.
