Sora: Chimera Emperor "The last person to use this form used it for evil, here's hoping I can use it better."

1
The power to transform into a non-humanoid creature.
Used by Sora Tatsuya, Created by Atroniac.
(Your transition from one form to the next is obvious to all observers. While transformed, you are obviously unusual, unnatural, or alien, and the average person will take a special interest in you. )

Sora will transform into a silver and red dragon with claw-like wings that end in vents which emit small clouds that spark with energy when attacking

(Due to the nature of this power being a combination of alt form and creature transformation, Sora doesn't benefit from any of the stat changes, however they still suffer from the increased falling damage as well as size/weight penalties)

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless Only gain these benefits Sora: Unbeatable is active.

You transform into Jet Dragon until you transform into something else or choose to return to your original form. See the Extended System text for stats.

While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you cannot use your Active, Direct, or Trap Powers. However, you can use your Passive Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.

Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.

While transformed, you are obviously unusual, unnatural, or alien, and the average person will take a special interest in you.

You phase out of reality for up to 4 Rounds. During this time, you cannot affect the outside world or take any Actions. You cannot move. Nothing can interact with you in any way.

When you activate this Effect, you may limit its duration to a period of your choosing. If you are able, you may also end it as a Free Action on your initiative.

Jordan was bioengineered to blend in with the Earthlings, as a sleeper agent. Thus, part of his design was the ability to alter his form to match theirs.

Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions.

You become disguised in a manner of your choosing. The disguise lasts until you either activate a new disguise, or choose to end the effect.

The new appearance may have a different sex, age, and race to your own, and you may alter height by up to a foot and your weight by 50%. Your disguise may directly mimic the appearance of a specific individual. You may change the appearance of your outfit. A disguise cannot affect your Attributes or other stats.

You may roll Charisma + Crafts to attempt to make your disguise Beautiful. If your Outcome is 6 or higher, non-Effect Charisma rolls where your good looks could help are rolled at -2 Difficulty. If you fail or botch, you are ugly instead, and non-Effect Charisma rolls are made at +2 Difficulty.

  • A performance check is generally required to pass with people who know the individual you're mimicking.
  • While you may alter your outfit's appearance, this does not grant or store equipment. This does not allow you to change the appearance of Artifacts or conceal their Alien appearance.
  • ‘Appearance’ includes voice, bone structure, skin quality, hair length and color, eye color, muscle tone, flesh texture, and generally anything perceivable about your body.

Use up this bead made of brass (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7) and spend 15 minutes. Roll 7 dice at Difficulty 6, dice penalties do not apply.

If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.

This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.

After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.

  • Exhaustion penalties and duration stack. If you activate this Effect or another Effect with Exhaustion, your penalty will worsen, and the duration is increased by one hour.
  • This consumable is destroyed when used and cannot be used again.
  • Unstabilized wounds do not degenerate during treatment.

Use up this Bracelet (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7) and spend an Action to activate. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect.

You and any clothes or equipment you are wearing are obscured from sight for the next minute. All attempts to detect you via sight fail. Detection attempts via other senses where sight would assist are rolled at a -2 dice penalty.

Entering Combat or being Injured does not cause the Effect to end early. Anyone you attack will immediately notice you; anyone else may re-roll to notice you each time you take a Combat action, at -1 Difficulty per Combat action you have taken. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for 3 Rounds.

You may extend this effect to up to 2 other Animate targets, provided they remain in physical contact with you.

  • This consumable is destroyed when used and cannot be used again.

Lasts 1 minute. Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.

  • Any Encumbrance penalty to your movement still applies, but you do not suffer from any sort of exhaustion.
  • Damage from a collision depends on your speed at the time, as well as what you hit. GM's discretion, but generally moving faster than a car on the freeway and hitting a dense, solid object like a wall or a tree should be lethal.
