This item is a living thing. When targeted, it counts as a Living Creature in addition to its other target types. If destroyed or abandoned for more than two days, it dies and becomes unusable.
When in the form of a rifle, it appears like a standard ar-15. It has an acog sight and a silencer. as a bracelet it is a simple iron band. It appears to small to be removed from the wrist of the user.
When wanted the user can remove the bracelet easily as if it is made of rubber. When the user wants, the bracelet will turn into a firearm in the hand the bracelet was on.

This Artifact can be used as a container. It is roughly the same size as a Purple Backpack and just as difficult to conceal.
Your Purple Backpack holds 5 times what it normally could. Objects stored inside are weightless.
Living things can be stored in your Purple Backpack. They will have access to anything else inside and may attempt to break free, damaging or destroying the Purple Backpack in the process.
If your Purple Backpack is destroyed, things inside may get out, and it will cease to function until it is repaired.
When scanned or investigated without opening, the contents of your container appear normal and unremarkable.
If anyone other than you opens the container, it appears empty. Others can still destroy it to get at the contents.

This Artifact receives 2 extra dice to all actions taken for its intended use. Attacking with an upgraded weapon grants +2 Weapon Damage instead of additional dice. While it is upgraded, the item cannot be destroyed.
Upgraded weapons count as any material your opponent might be particularly vulnerable to. Upgraded Armor cannot be circumvented by called shots. Upgraded Devices do not run out of fuel or energy.

Whenever you show this Artifact to someone, you may give a general description of an Object within the category of forms of identification, and anyone who hears the description and sees the Artifact will have their mind fill in the details to complete the illusion.
