Matthew sketches multiple drawings using many, many pieces of paper as it all folds and turns into the desired creation, with varying degrees of success and accuracy, sometimes they shrivel up, and sometimes they just... work out
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must use up paper in order to activate this Effect.
Choose an Object which could fit inside a regular backpack (up to 27 liters). It must be Non-Alien and generic. You cannot create explosives. You may create firearms.
Roll Dexterity + Thievery to fabricate your chosen Object. The Difficulty is assigned by the GM and depends on the specificity of your chosen Object. Your created items no longer expire, and will last until they are destroyed.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Ungodly Hand cramps Your hand is absolutely fucked from all the drawing you used to do Your left hand is damaged. (You suffer +1 Difficulty to all Actions utilizing your left hand. and Near-Sighted Your retinas have been burnt through constant staring at your tablet and You suffer from nearsightedness. Riku's brush with an alien parasite left him with an extraordinary gift: the ability to completely reshape his physical form. With about a minute of intense concentration, he can alter everything from his height and facial features to his apparent sex and even clothing. This makes him an unparalleled infiltrator, able to blend seamlessly into any environment. However, the power isn't without its drawbacks. Riku is vulnerable while transforming, requiring a safe space and a minute to change: the disguise, while convincing, isn't indestructible – damage can cause it to fail. Despite these limitations, Chameleon's Masquerade offers Riku unprecedented versatility in his missions, allowing him to impersonate specific individuals, blend into crowds, or access restricted areas. In Riku's hands, this power becomes more than just a tool – it's an art form, a perfect expression of his adaptability in a dangerous, ever-changing world.
Spend a minute.
You become disguised in a manner of your choosing. The disguise lasts for two hours, or you may end it early at will.
The new appearance may have a different sex, age, and race to your own, and you may alter height by up to a foot and your weight by 50%. Your disguise cannot directly mimic an existing person. You may change the appearance of your outfit. A disguise cannot affect your Attributes or other stats.
You may roll Charisma + Crafts to attempt to make your disguise Beautiful. If your Outcome is 6 or higher, non-Effect Charisma rolls where your good looks could help are rolled at -2 Difficulty. If you fail or botch, you are ugly instead, and non-Effect Charisma rolls are made at +2 Difficulty.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Flesh is mechanicaly moved: bones snap, skin streches and tears, muscle and sinew crawl over the open frames to adjust to the new form (triggers Anguish).
This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 2.
This Effect ends if you take an Injury or are stunned or incapacitated.
Bones shift and crack and meld. Joints bend backward. Spine rolls and bends like it belongs to a snake instead of a human. Then, and only then, the change is made.
Whatever the transformation may be, it always looks like it's made of human flesh, of bone, of clearly recognisable skin and nail. That's because it is. Extreme contortionism is not for the faint of heart.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions.

You cannot alter the appearance of your flesh and blood.
The Cross-Eye has further advanced, allowing the user to use it's latent nanotechnology to cloak the user in a special suit. This suit reflects light around the target, and softens all noise made by it. With this, a sniper could be right next to it's target or miles away, and they would never know
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action to activate.
You and any clothes or equipment you are wearing are partially obscured from sight for the next minute. All attempts to detect you using sight are rolled at a -3 dice penalty.
Entering Combat or being Injured does not cause the Effect to end early. Anyone you attack will immediately notice you; anyone else may re-roll to notice you each time you take a Combat action, at -1 Difficulty per Combat action you have taken. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for 1 hour.
Victor slathers the honey onto the scarred spots. "This'll only take a bit, your body will need some time to adjust... this ain't down to a science yet!" It takes about a minute for the honey to accelerate the healing process enough to fix up the patient's scars. The power of some good honey really is somethin' ain't it?
It comes from blessed bees!
Don't ask why he has blessed bees, but yeah.
Something about the Hindu Bee God or whatever
Use up this Jar of Honey and spend a minute. Select up to four Battle Scars on yourself to treat.
The treated Battle Scars heals as you finish activating this Effect. If used on a Battle Scar caused by an Unstabilized Injury, that Injury is Stabilized.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
A firm grape with a deep purple, almost black coloration. It is full to the brim with bitter, wine-like juices, and bursts easily when bitten. Moments after ingestion, spindly grape vines press their way through the consumer's shoulder, mildly tearing the skin and twisting into a firm, tight appendage.
Marcielle's fourth attempt at cultivating the perfect crop. Though potentially excellent for creating wine, the plant itself is aggressive and mildly carnivorous, its roots producing a substance that slowly breaks down proteins. As a result, it is not viable for average agricultural purposes.
Increase your sacrificial Injury's Severity by 1, use up this evening purple grape , and spend an Action.
You gain an additional limb that functions as a standard human arm and hand. Lasts two hours.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Each additional appendage you have gives you +1 dice to make and resist Grapples (up to a maximum bonus of +4 dice).
Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
Your appendage is capable of bending and squishing in normally-impossible ways. It may fit through any gap that is not water-tight and retain its functionality.
Your extra appendage can stretch to reach an additional 30 feet.
Your extra appendage is not connected to your nervous or circulatory systems, and you will not take damage if it is hit by an attack or destroyed.
If you do not have a sacrificial Injury when you activate this Effect, take a new Severity-1 Injury.
The vampire sucks a copious amount of blood from a human and replenishes their own cursed flesh.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. This Effect cannot be used unless you drink blood directly from a human until it injures them. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Brawn + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
If your Outcome is greater than the Severity of the Injury you were attempting to treat, you may apply any excess Outcome to other Injuries on yourself.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see you drink blood directly from the vein.
Any successful musician knows the value of a good roadie. The musician calls for a roadie, and one will promptly arrive. The roadie doesn't talk much, and they aren't too bright, but they can sure haul gear.
After a couple hours of work, the roadie will retire to smoke and get some sleep.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Summon a single Sapient roadie at your location. They last for two hours or until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most one minion active at a time.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
The "Reaper" Assault Helmet is the signature piece of the Future Soldier's arsenal. It has a sleek, design and is made of a mysterious matte-metallic alloy. The wearer's face is exposed normally, but when activated, a blue holographic visor flickers to life in front of the eyes. This HUD contains information about the soldier's ammunition and shield status, but more significantly can detect enemy combatants. Anyone nearby who is holding a weapon is painted with a red dot that follows them in real time. This allows the Future Soldier to fire at painted targets in the dark, detect ambushes lurking around corners, and grants an overall tactical advantage.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action.
You automatically detect all people wielding weapons within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
The time-twister spins a dial on one of her watches, slowing time for everyone but her and one other person.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a watch or clock to activate this Effect.
Lasts 1 minute. Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.
Outside of Combat, any non-Gift, non-movement Actions you attempt take drastically less time to complete, as long as your personal speed is a factor in the Action. Total time reduction is determined by the GM and capped at 90% (executing the Action takes no less than 1/10th the normal time).
While using this Effect, you may carry one other being without affecting your Encumbrance, so long as you maintain contact with them for the duration and they consent or are grappled.
The time-twister presses a button on one of their wristwatches, and, in a flash of orange light, disappears. They have skipped 12 seconds forward in time. To them, the travel is instantaneous, but everyone else must wait until they reappear.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a clock or watch to activate this Effect.
You phase out of reality for 4 Rounds. During this time, you cannot perceive or affect the outside world or take any Actions. You cannot move. Nothing can interact with you in any way.
When you phase out, you may bring up to 1 additional target in arm's reach with you.
