- All-Terrain Archer: Your attacks made with bows never suffer penalties due to movement or environmental conditions. This includes sprinting, climbing, firing in the rain, etc.
- Point Control: Called Shots that you attempt only require a Contested Outcome of 2 for small targets and 4 for tiny targets.
- Pincushion: Any attack or Effect activation roll against a target that already has one of your projectiles stuck into them is rolled at -1 Difficulty.

Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

The Tillnghast Resonator within the Viper prototype can charge darts with T radiation, allowing them to "slide" across extra-dimensional space. While this does involve a risk of T-Radiation to the environment, that concern was tabled for later development.
T Radiation can allow a single dart to carry greater payloads, arc over obstacles, ignore firing conditions in local dimensional space, & strike with unnatural accuracy, in part guided by the will imprint on the wielder.
Project Report: The Resonator is a wonder! We should be able to pull any defense contract we can find once they see the applications of the arm & it's cybernetic guidance system. Sara complains about hallucinations & has begun prattling about some imaginary friend she calls "Chitari" - I will need to increase the shielding in later models.

You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with crossbows.
You receive +2 dice to all rolls using crossbows. Reloading is considered a Free Action.
You also gain the following effects:
- Payload: Your projectiles can carry a payload of up to 3 lbs without a penalty.
- Pin Down: If your attack hits a target near a wall or a floor, the projectile pierces through them, pinning them to the wall or floor. Unpinning oneself quickly will increase the relevant Injury’s Severity by 1.

You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with Psychic Bow.
You receive +2 dice to all rolls using Psychic Bow. Reloading is a Free Action, and drawing your weapon does not require a Quick Action as long as it is on your person.
You also gain the following effects:
- All-Terrain Archer: Your attacks made with Psychic Bow never suffer penalties due to movement or environmental conditions. This includes sprinting, climbing, firing in the rain, etc.
- Bullet Parry: You may use a Reaction to Defend against any Melee, thrown, or projectile Attack in range of your Attacks.
- Hail Storm: You may Exert your Mind to make an attack with Psychic Bow against all targets within a 120 degree arc in front of you. Your full attack Outcome applies to each of them, but they may attempt to Dodge or Defend if they are aware of the attack.
- Pin Down: If your attack hits a target near a wall or a floor, the projectile pierces through them, pinning them to the wall or floor. Unpinning oneself quickly will increase the relevant Injury’s Severity by 1.
- Pincushion: Any attack or Effect activation roll against a target that already has one of your projectiles stuck into them is rolled at -1 Difficulty.
Nailed It
These extra abilities from Aria's shooting expertise, were gained due to the various missions that her mistress sent her on... missions requiring ultimate skill, stealth and awareness.
You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with Long bow.
You receive +2 dice to all rolls using Long bow. Reloading is considered a Free Action.
You also gain the following effects:
- Arc the Arrow: You may attack targets who are behind cover without any penalty.
- Bullseye: If you are not making an attack or activating an Effect, any projectile you fire will be considered a complete success without needing to make a roll.
- Point Control: Called Shots that you attempt only require a Contested Outcome of 2 for small targets and 4 for tiny targets.
- Hail Storm: You may Exert your Mind to make an attack with Long bow against all targets within a 120 degree arc in front of you. Your full attack Outcome applies to each of them, but they may attempt to Dodge or Defend if they are aware of the attack.
- Payload: Your projectiles can carry a payload of up to 3 lbs without a penalty.
- Pincushion: Any attack or Effect activation roll against a target that already has one of your projectiles stuck into them is rolled at -1 Difficulty.
- The arrow should have to make a maximum of a single turn to hit its target. It cannot traverse an arbitrarily complex path.

The ninja does not approve of guns; they prefer using the bow for its stealth and versatility.

You receive +2 dice to all rolls using wooden longbows. Reloading is a Free Action, and drawing your weapon does not require a Quick Action as long as it is on your person.
You also gain the following effects:
- Bullet Parry: You may use a Reaction to Defend against any Melee, thrown, or projectile Attack in range of your Attacks.
- Bullseye: If you are not making an attack or activating an Effect, any projectile you fire will be considered a complete success without needing to make a roll.
