The dagger plunges into the chest of the squirming man. His final cries degrade into bubbling coughs as blood fills his lungs. Ancient words fill the air as the chant reaches its crescendo. The remains of the man fold in on themselves, rearranging into the winged forerunners of The Ones that Came Before. The army grows.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. This Effect cannot be used unless a human is sacrificed. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you create an uncontrollable monstrosity that seeks only to feast. You must actively and obviously use a sacrificial dagger to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.
Summon a single Eldritch Servant at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 2 minions active at a time.

You may only use this Effect once per day.
The user´s body is covered in tribal patterns
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Any Injury you receive from a source other than Mistletoe heals quickly, reducing its Severity by one level every 6 hours. Any Injuries you receive while this Effect is active do not deteriorate over time. However, any Battle Scars caused by such an Injury will remain unless it is Properly Stabilized as normal.
You may Exert your Mind and spend an Action to reduce the Severity of one of your Injuries by 2. Does not affect Injuries suffered as an activation cost for Effects.
All Injuries you receive are considered Properly Stabilized. You may also choose to heal any Battle Scar on yourself that may not have been caused by an Injury. Doing so takes one day, and the Battle Scar affects you fully until that time.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: The user´s body is covered in tribal patterns.
Injuries you receive from Mistletoe are increased in Severity by 1.
The power of the parasite in Josephs brain, as the scientists of Prometheus have a break through in technology used to enhance the parasite through injection. It now creates a psionic field around his being. The power is not well controlled and very erratic.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You can interact with things that are within 75 feet without needing to physically touch them or be near them. Any rolls made for Actions taken in this way use a Mental Strength of 4 in place of your Brawn rating, a Mental Agility of 1 in place of your Dexterity, and otherwise use your own Attributes and Abilities.
Telekinetic actions have the following restrictions and behaviors:
Terra is beginning to learn the demonic tricks of manipulating the human mind through the use of dark illusion. The extent is limited for now, only unlocking ability to draw the targets mind onto a piece of paper and due to the amounts of hellforce being applied, burning the illusioned object when completed.
Spend an Action to activate. Select a Paper within arm's reach.
The target becomes disguised with a new forged appearance of your choice, which must fit within the theme of _Identification_. You may have up to 1 Forgeries active concurrently and may choose to end the effect at will as a Free Action.
The new appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), as long as they are within your theme, but must be of a similar size and weight to the targeted Object The forged appearance will generally hold up to any mundane scrutiny, though exceptions can be made at GMs discretion.
When your Forgery expires, the original Paper is broken or otherwise rendered useless.
This Gift's level is capped at 2 Gifts and cannot be increased further.
Liv hold a hand with a demonic artifact clasped in it near her target. Small creatures of shadow reach out of the artifact towards the target. Grasping shadowy hands. They pull bits of red fleshy energy out of the target, pulling it into the artifact.
The target's body become divorced from its usual needs, and can keep functioning without food, sleep or air. Something feels vaguely lost from the target, although it recovers over the next week.
The thing that is happening with this gift is that the part of people metaphysical self is the human desire and need for food, water, air, is ripped away from them. It comes back slowly.
This is done by Liv using the existing object as an anchor to open a portal to the home realm of the servant. There the native creatures will reach out and feed on the part of the target which connects them to material need.
This is a bit based on part of The Hungry Choir, a living ritual in the web serial Pale. In that ritual you could gain the ability not to need to eat, but it is presented as spiritually horrifying, with the part of them that is their need to eat being ripped out.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Animate target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use An object with a demon in it (Crafted bound servant or demon themed upgrade) to activate this Effect.
For the next week, your target does not require any food, water, sleep, or air. Any roll to resist an Effect dependent on any affected requirement is made at -1 Difficulty.
Myles Harding has always been sharp, but since the change, his senses have reached an unnatural peak. Every detail, every sound, every scent—nothing escapes him. The flick of a lighter across the street, the tremor in a liar’s voice, the faintest trace of blood under polished fingernails.
It’s a gift, but it’s also a curse. There’s no shutting it off. The city is loud, the crimes are messy, and the truth is always uglier than it seems. When Myles focuses, his mind locks in like a predator hunting its prey—except sometimes, what he finds isn’t something he was ready to see.
His hunger for the truth drives him forward, but the things he sees? They linger. They haunt. The screams in the alley, the look in a victim’s eyes, the sickly scent of fear—he can’t forget them, no matter how much he drinks, how many cases he solves, or how hard he tries to drown it all out.
The wolf inside thrives on the hunt, but Myles? Myles still has to live with it.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Perception rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
Through their faith, the priest is able to stretch bread or fish to extreme lengths, feeding a seemingly endless number of people from meager supplies.
Spend an Action. Select a Animate target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use bread or a fish to activate this Effect.
For the next 24 hours, your target does not require any food, water, or sleep. Any attempts to age your target fail. Any roll to resist an Effect dependent on any affected requirement is made at -1 Difficulty.
This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 2.
True to their namesake, the hacker can penetrate the security of any computer system, granting access to its informational stores, or, in a pinch, allowing them to issue commands. The hacked system will display a flickering image of a ghost until it is dismissed.
While hacking, The Technician's fingers move with supernatural speed, blurring like a ghost.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Computer within arm's reach. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
If your command does not require bypassing the security of the target (for example, typing on a computer that is unlocked), you do not need to Exert your Mind to activate this Effect, and activation only takes a single Action.
Your Hack cannot be reversed through mundane means for a number of hours equal to your Outcome.
Every hack you make leaves behind a flickering image of a ghost in the system as a personal "calling card" that informs anyone who uses the system that the hack occurred.
The mutant has gained some control over their genetic instability, allowing them to trigger a mutation at will. When the need arises, their flesh warps and twists, and a new mutation manifests that is suited to whatever obstacle the mutant happens to be facing at the time.
Spend 30 minutes. You may only target yourself. The target can easily Resist.
You may add one augmentation to your target. Each augmentation counts as a Battle Scar and can have exactly one of the following Effects:
This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 2.
Your alteration "heals" over the course of the next month, after which it is fully cured.
The Vampire was cursed to forever be a vile creature of the night! Their skin has faded to a deathly pale, only regaining something close to human complexion in the immediate aftermath of feeding on human blood. They are weakened when exposed to direct sunlight or when they have been unable to feed in the past day, but otherwise has gained inhuman strength, speed, and irresistibility from their devil's bargain.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have fed on fresh human blood in the past 24 hours and you are not in direct sunlight.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: a seductive and powerful humanoid, with pale skin and wicked fangs. You are considered to be a Sapient, Non-Living being when targeted. Your Brawn is increased by 1, your Dexterity is increased by 1, and your Charisma is increased by 1.
Your Injuries no longer degrade with time. You do not age naturally, and supernatural attempts to age you fail.
The Severity of any Injury caused by fire and heat is increased by 2.
The survivalist spends a moment setting up a makeshift booby trap. The tripwires and pressure plates are so expertly hidden, they can only be noticed by those who have fallen victim to them before.
The victim is hit with a tiny curare dart. Pain wracks their body as a potent neurotoxin spreads through their veins.
Exert your Mind and spend 30 seconds to trap a region of any shape that contains your current location and fits entirely within 300 feet. This trap lasts one day or until triggered or disarmed. You must use up a dart in order to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Survival Difficulty 6.
The trap looks like a tripwire, a pressure plate, or a hidden switch. Only those who have seen this trap before can identify it as a trap. Anyone who is aware of the trap may intuitively avoid, trigger, or destroy it.
Any Living target that enters the chosen region will trigger the trap. The target may contest by rolling Body, Difficulty 6.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 2. The target's Armor is completely ignored.
The target suffers a -3 dice penalty for the next hour or until the Injury is healed. This dice penalty does not stack multiple times on the same target.
Instead of dealing Damage all at once, the Injury caused by this Power starts at Severity 1 and worsens at the rate of one level per Round until it reaches the Severity it would have otherwise been.
