Description

Spending more than 75% of the average day focusing his body and mind, along with the imbuement, Chen Li has achieved great mastery over his Chi, and can create flames in his hand when attacking. The flame is potent enough to leave small burns on the target, but not light large areas or set things alight, yet. This along with the control of his Chi has greatly enhanced his combat ability.

System

Passive, always in effect. Unarmed attacks will do +2 more damage, and Brawn does not act as Armor against them. The target's other Armor is Reduced to 1/2, rounded up.

Unlike the Ability Brawl, this Power does not affect small weapons such as knives.

Enhancements

  • Finesse (When Attacking a single being, you may limit the Severity of any Injury you inflict or determine a maximum Wound Level, including Incapacitated. You may also choose to make this Injury properly or improperly stabilized, or to keep it unstabilized.)

Drawbacks

  • Active (This Power is no longer passive. Spend an Action and Exert your Mind to activate it for one hour.)
