Angus preforms a ritual touching the water. The water freezes over as heavy fog pours from it and a specter of Ice forms. Each specter is different as they lay claim to an area. Angus attempts to communicate with them to pry anything the spirit knows.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Investigate an area with a radius of up to 1 mile You must use up a sinks worth of water in order to activate this Effect. At the end of your investigation, roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see frozen spirits rise from the water to commune with Angus in unnatural ways.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
You cannot investigate the same area more than once per day.
All it takes is a little blood for a Kindred to survive, if not thrive, indefinitely. Incredibly hardy and no longer needing niceties like "Air" and "food or water," the only weakness of the kindred is its infuriating need to rest during the day so that it may hunt during the night. Yet, even that is not so bad, for without dreams of a darker tomorrow, how would one be inspired to make things worse?
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You no longer require any air in order to survive. You no longer age naturally, and supernatural attempts to age you fail.
Instead of food and water, you must consume Blood daily for sustenance. For every day you fail to consume it, you lose a point of Brawn. If your Brawn falls to 0 in this way, you die. Your Brawn is fully restored to normal as soon as you fulfill your dietary needs.

The Huntlord of the Hannese has returned!
There is a concept buried deep in Chinese Han aristocratic culture of a "Huntlord": a rough translation of what was essentially a demonized mythology of the Mongol Man.
We see Huntlords in typical media in Mulan: in the form of the Khan, we also see them in Kraven from DC, and Draven from League. The Huntlord is a scary sadist of a man, hairy and brutal, showy and unhumble: everything the Han despised and demonized into legend.
