The Pamala uses the chain to quickly scratch off a small layer of dead skin which is turned into a small hard ball on the inside of the mouth.
She investigates the target off the attack and manages to conclude what a weak spot to attack would be in the current situation.
The skull chain acts as a catalyst to send the ball to the perceived location while its being thrown there.
Pamala found this while breaking into the apartment of one of her targets. The man was suspected in doing ritualistic killings for a while now.
She couldn’t find a single trace of that man but the chain seemed as if it called to her. As if it always had belonged in Pamalas possession.
She knew that this kind of power would be helpful in achieving her goals and following her dream.
Finding this chain was the thing which birthed her wish to be a necromancer.
Spend an Action. Select a target within 45 feet. Roll Intellect + Investigation Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 2.
The target suffers a -3 dice penalty for the next hour or until the Injury is healed. This dice penalty does not stack multiple times on the same target.
If the target suffers an Injury from this Effect, they will receive at least a Minor Battle Scar regardless of its Severity. When this Effect causes a Battle Scar, you may select which one of the appropriate level.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.

Expend a point of Battery and spend a minute. Investigate an area with a radius of up to 500 feet At the end of your investigation, roll Intellect + Investigation at Difficulty 6.
You learn the following information about the area:

You cannot investigate the same area more than once per day.
Fibrous strands of metal stretch outward from the point of contact with the wielder. When not in use, the primary tendril forms a perfect physical replica of Felix Law's left arm. Additional resting tendrils wrap tightly around the first.
The tendrils display some instinctive independence, and can extend, recede, contort, sharpen and liquefy as needed.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You gain 3 additional limbs that function as standard human arms and hands.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Each additional appendage you have gives you +1 dice to make and resist Grapples (up to a maximum bonus of +4 dice).
Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
Your extra appendage can be used to attack in exactly the same manner as a thrusting sword.
Your appendage is capable of bending and squishing in normally-impossible ways. It may fit through any gap that is not water-tight and retain its functionality.
Your extra appendage can stretch to reach an additional 30 feet.
You cannot be mistaken for a normal human. You cannot always use standard human clothes, equipment, vehicles, and facilities, and when you can, you suffer an increased Difficulty.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend at least one Action to activate. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Alertness at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to their best understanding of the letter and spirit of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in minutes. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target will be fully aware that they are doing this task on your behalf and will inform anyone who they interact with that they were sent by you, though they may not view it as compulsory or against their will until the effect wears off. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action and a conditional request. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-endangering or self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.
You must have some means of communicating this command to your target, but no one other than you and them will understand or perceive it.
Elvis evolved the rubber leg dance, and it's very movements are ingrained in their soul. It's a performance, it's an absolute. Jailhouse rock works whenever they need; he's kicking, gyrating, pulsing and spinning their way to becoming the best performer this world has ever seen.
Well, since my baby left me
I found a new place to dwell
Down at the end of Lonely Street
At Heartbreak Hotel
Where I'll be, I'll be so lonely, baby
I'll be lonely
I'll be so lonely, I could die
Well, although it's always crowded
You still could find some room
For broken-hearted lovers
To cry there in their gloom
They'll be so, they'll be so lonely, baby
Be so lonely
They'll get so lonely, they could die
Play it, Dan
Well, now, if your baby leaves you
You need a place to dwell
Just take a walk down Lonely Street
To, to, to, to
You'll be so lonely, baby
You will be lonely
You'll be so lonely, you could die
Thank you

The user can understand and be understood by any being thanks to the suit's ability to translate. As they speak, their message is transcribed through a speech bubble that appears next to them in an inky, comic book style, where their words are also dubbed over in the event they cannot be read. The "Reaper" Assault Helmet is the signature piece of the Future Soldier's arsenal. It has a sleek, design and is made of a mysterious matte-metallic alloy. The wearer's face is exposed normally, but when activated, a blue holographic visor flickers to life in front of the eyes. This HUD contains information about the soldier's ammunition and shield status, but more significantly can detect enemy combatants. Anyone nearby who is holding a weapon is painted with a red dot that follows them in real time. This allows the Future Soldier to fire at painted targets in the dark, detect ambushes lurking around corners, and grants an overall tactical advantage.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action.
You automatically detect all people wielding weapons within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
