Laying the top end of the axe on the location, a large amount of Trees, foliage and shrubbery sporting various horns feathers and fur will grow at that select area, or will twist and shift themselves into the sculpted position. The flora grown this way will tend to sport Autumn colors dominantly, but can have green leaves or none depending on the environment
Exert your Mind (unless you are Sculpting) and spend an Action. Select a Location within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use Axe to activate this Effect.
Select one of the following alterations to create out of Trees and Foliage originating at the target:
The alteration begins to form when you activate this Effect and finishes forming on your initiative in the next Round. Until it finishes forming, it is not guaranteed to function.
This alteration lasts three hours but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 3 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through. See the extended system text for GM guidance on various tools.
You may sculpt your walls, domes, or tunnels as you create them, without any additional activation time or cost.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Hatred for Exploiting Nature's bounty.
Upon Activation, Haley's (Or whatever form he is taking) eyes and mouth will glow a bright neon green, followed by a power beam of neon green light emitting from Haley's mouth towards the target which can cause burning but can be defended against. This hurts Haley's throat and eyes :(
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend an Action. Select a target within 300 feet. Roll Brawn + Alertness Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 6. Armor is fully effective against this Damage.
Any Injury inflicted is considered unstabilized even if its Severity is less than 4. The equipment and roll required to Stabilize it is treated as though it is a minimum of Severity 6.
If you successfully hit your target, the value of any Armor they are wearing is reduced by 2. For material armor, this penalty lasts until it is repaired. For intrinsic armor, it lasts until the end of Combat and any relevant wound is healed.
If the target suffers an Injury from this Effect, they will receive at least a Minor Battle Scar regardless of its Severity. When this Effect causes a Battle Scar, you may select which one of the appropriate level.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see the following destruction to the target and Haley. And they may be disturbed by the potential outing of Haley's supernaturality.

Spend an Action. Select a Location which is at most 1000 feet away horizontally or 200 feet away vertically.
You jump to the chosen location. If the landing is precarious, the GM may call for a roll to land safely. You will never take fall damage from successfully landing a jump made with this Effect.
You may opt to trade your free movement for a Super Leap if you are jumping less than 50 feet or if you are closing a gap to an opponent and spend your Action on an attack.
You may activate this Effect while in free-fall, as long as your target Location is a surface on which you can land. You are immune to fall damage.
The Four-Dimensional Scanner is able to reveal information not visible to the naked eye. You load a film roll into the bottom of the wand, stand in the center of the area you want to scan, then hold up the wand and release it. As the device is activated, the four arms open and begin to spin, and the scanner begins to float into the air. Holographic beams shoot out of the end of each arm and scan the entire area, piercing through structure and creature alike. Once the information has been gathered, the gyration will slowly cease as the wand floats back into the hand of the user. Upon contact, all of the revealed information is instantly downloaded directly to the user's brain. The spent roll of film will now show a large, inhuman eye that takes up the entire space open and then close.

You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.
You may activate this Effect as a Reaction to contest any Action a valid target is taking, reducing their Outcome by your own. Your command has no impact beyond disrupting their Action.
