Delphyrion holds up his phone to his ear and starts talking or whispering to it. Upon closer inspection the screen is off and no one's replying to him and it's just a brick of uranium glass.
On Delphyrion's career:
As much as Delphyrion makes a joke out of it, he still relies on making chemistry videos to make a living. Contracts aren't enough to maintain a good budget for his experiments so he has to dabble in all sorts of different platforms and content. Livestreams, short-form videos, and podcasts are all on the table here, it's just that he doesn't want to be recognized for anything but his actual alchemy. None of his friends know what his channels are.
On Twitch:
It's hard to livestream a full experiment
On Twitch Chat:
Some find it endlessly entertaining to watch an hour-long video of a chair sitting in a hot tub. Delphyrion knows of a bell pepper guy in Los Angeles who has done pretty well for himself by doing that, much to the streamer's chagrin. In Delphyrion's case, Chat has been asking him to blow things up for the longest time. It's an enticing idea but he's still trying to figure out the legality of broadcasting the creation of chemical weapons in front of thousands of people online. In his free time, however, Delphyrion himself becomes Twitch Chat. There's something hilarious about being one of the voices in someone's head and running countless jokes to the ground by doing that.
On brainrot:
After a long day of brain usage, Delphyrion sits down at his computer and doomscrolls. However, the sheer power of an entire Chat shutting down their brains at once can be devastating. They either become a hivemind or an apocalypse. They drive him insane sometimes too.
On uranium glass:
It was incredibly hard to obtain uranium, and he's probably ended up on another watchlist for this. To make the most of this, Delphyrion has made it into a piece of uranium glass shaped just like his phone, complete with some black dye in one part of it to simulate a screen. This is to confuse people whenever they try to steal Delphyrion's phone, because most would stay far away from radioactive materials of any sort. He himself is much safer than he was during the process of making it but he still feels a bit odd about putting it to his ear every time he mistakes it for his own phone. Maybe that's how this gift came about.
Spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. You must actively and obviously use a phone-shaped brick of uranium glass to activate this Effect.
You may send a single message to your target. It can be no more complicated than a multi-page letter or a long email.
The message will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Breaking stuff
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Object or Construct Object within arm's reach no larger than an SUV (4,000 liters). You cannot target objects which are currently in someone else’s possession. Roll Brawn + Brawl Difficulty 6. Sapient targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
When activating this Effect, you may spend an extra minute and maintain Concentration. If you do, it has no Exertion cost, and you may destroy an object which has up to 3x larger dimensions, or up to 27x larger volume than the normal maximum size.
When a target is destroyed, it sends shards flying. Anyone within 5 feet of the object rolls 4d10 at Difficulty 6 and takes damage equal to the Outcome. Can be reacted to.
A single honeysuckle flower, colored dull and gray like concrete. When the dot of honey within is eaten, brown vines burst from the bottom of the flower, lashing outwards to constrict the target. Sometimes, the honey within drips back into existence.
Marcielle's second attempt at cultivating the perfect crop. The Gray Dust Honeysuckle was meant to bear fruit, but instead just produces an abundance of concrete gray flowers. Due to it's lack of fruit and tendency to grow hyper aggressively, it is not a viable candidate.
Spend an Action and use up this dusty gray honeysuckle flower (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7). Select a target within 45 feet. Roll 7 dice Difficulty 6, dice penalties do not apply. The target may contest by Defending or Dodging.
If you succeed, your target will be restricted at their location by a physical, tangible binding. They can still move their arms and use Effects, but cannot move to a new location.
The binding around a target must be destroyed in order for them to break free. Breaking the binding requires a total amount of Damage equal to twice the original Contested Outcome. Damage from multiple attacks is cumulative and stacks linearly.
You may use this Effect as a Reaction to contest any physical Action a target is taking. Excess Outcome does not restrict the target. This interrupts Concentration.
Patrick O’Neal’s leprechaun blood has always whispered to him about the essence of others—the spark that makes them special. Now, his connection to the mystical world has sharpened into a sinister ability: the power to strip away that spark entirely.
When Patrick snaps his fingers, a shimmering golden thread, invisible to most, coils from his target to him. It pulses as he steals what makes them extraordinary, leaving them hollow and utterly ordinary. To the victim, the transformation begins as a growing sense of discomfort, their body feeling heavier, weaker, more mundane. Within hours, they realize their unique traits—their speed, their charm, their brilliance—are slipping away like water through their fingers.
This affliction isn’t merely a theft; it’s a contagion. Those who touch the afflicted find themselves slowly drained of their own spark, creating a ripple of mundanity that could decimate a community. The only way to undo it is through an act of desperation: ending another life to reclaim what was lost.
Patrick doesn’t just take their uniqueness—he feels it, reveling in the thrill of his theft. To him, their spark is a fleeting taste of something forbidden, fueling his own ambitions for greatness. He has learned that everyone, no matter how unique, is vulnerable to his reach. In his mind, he’s not just a thief; he’s a reclaimer, a force of balance in a world of overpowered fools.
This power reinforces Patrick’s cunning, greed, and the darker side of his leprechaun blood. It ties his thievery directly to his mystical heritage and makes him a truly terrifying opponent.
Only effects passive effects from physiology, and doesn’t reduce character abilities or stats to below what they would be as a mundane
1. Loss of Gifts: Any supernatural or extraordinary powers are suppressed, leaving the target without access to their abilities. This includes:
• innate talents from not being a normal human
• Enhanced physical traits from not being a normal human (e.g., super strength, speed, or durability).
• Innate resistances from not being a normal human(e.g., immunity to poisons, diseases, or environmental effects).
2. Stat Changes:
• Body: Drops to the average human range (typically 2).
• Dexterity and Brawn: Lowered to average human capacity.
• Intellect and Charisma: Supernatural mental or social capabilities fade, leaving the target as unremarkable as an average person.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within 25 feet. Roll Dexterity + Thievery at Difficulty 6. Your target may resist by rolling Body at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, the target is afflicted with a Condition that causes one of the following symptoms:
The affliction is not treatable by modern medicine. It may be diagnosed by rolling Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 9, and can be cured by Find a Four Leaf Clover. Gifts or supernatural Effects and Powers which would cure or prevent this affliction do not cure or prevent it, but instead offer a clear diagnosis and provide information regarding the method of treatment without requiring a diagnosis roll.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is Patrick snaps his fingers. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.

I take sniff of my magical dust and go crazy with the environment, crazy isn't it. LSD GO crazy

You create a zone of Elemental Powers (Woter, Fira, Durt, Aira) in the chosen shape, originating at the chosen Location, with a radius of 60 feet. and lasting for 5 minutes. The area inside your zone is affected in any number of the following ways:
Your zone blends with the environment, seeming to arise naturally from local effects. Observers who roll Perception + Alertness and achieve an Outcome 4 or higher notice that it is unnatural.
Once marked the target will have a consent sense of being watched and will be overcome with paranoia. Once the marked target removes the mark they will take psychological damage and will gain a trauma from being marked.
Once someone is marked they'll get a dreadful feeling akin to being in the woods that has fallen completely silent. Someone or something is watching, you have become it's target and you must get away. No matter how far you run that feeling of being hunted follows you.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within arm's reach.
Your target is marked with a pair of antlers intertwinded with each other. Your mark can be discovered if the target is inspected visually. Removal inflicts a Severity 1 Injury on the target.
You are aware of the marked target's direction and distance from you. This lasts for the next month, or until either the mark is removed, or you choose to end the Effect. You can have up to 3 marks active.
You receive +2 dice to any rolls made against a marked target.
Dazzle Glasses are advanced "black-tech" espionage gear. They can be styled as any sort sunglasses. When the wearer is recorded, they will quickly flash a non-visible laser into the recording device, destroying it after only a moment of footage is taken.
This Effect activates whenever you are recorded. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Non-Sapient Object within 20 feet no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. Roll Perception + Culture Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
The user places this slip of paper from the mystic against their head, speaks the inscribed phrase, and envisions a time they wished they were alone. the paper bursts into a shockwave that pushes a nearby being away. The repulsion field can be maintained for several seconds by meditating on the nature of solitude.
Spend an Action and use up this paper with mysterious calligraphy. Select a Animate target up to 100 feet away.
Targets are pushed back until they are 100 feet away.
This Effect cannot move anything heavier than 500 pounds.
Affected targets may use a Reaction and roll Dexterity or Brawn + Athletics to hold on to a nearby anchor, if available. A complete success increases their effective weight by whatever they hold onto.
Pushing a target straight upward requires you to be directly beneath them and halves the range. GM’s may ask for a Dexterity + Athletics roll when repositioning yourself around a target to get a desired angle. They may React to reposition or anchor themselves as normal.
You may maintain Concentration after the initial activation of this Effect to continue the push on the target. Lasts up to one minute.
While addressing a crowd, the influencer may use coded language to send secret messages to a particular person in the crowd. These messages can't be noticed or understood by anyone but the intended target.

This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 2.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use a watch or clock to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Science at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, the target will suffer a dice penalty equal to the Outcome for the next 2 Rounds. Dice pools may be reduced all the way down to 0 by this penalty. This breaks Concentration.
You may activate this Effect as a Reaction to contest any Action a valid target is taking, reducing their Outcome by your own. Your command has no impact beyond disrupting their Action.
