Kyubey waves the hand wearing a gold ring over his body, before they fall forward, their form compressing into a smaller, lighters, and all around cuter package, that of a made up species called an “incubator”, they spend most of the time in this form, finding it rather comfortable.

While transformed, you may speak and use any Influence or Communication Powers you posses.
While transformed, you are obviously unusual, unnatural, or alien, and the average person will take a special interest in you.

Upon looking at a desired object or person, they instantly ignite into a flare. With enough supplies and energy this flame can be maintained. With a heavy amount of focus, it can be controlled and depleated as well
Exert your Mind (only for extinguishing a fire, no cost for starting one) and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). You must use up something small and flamable in order to activate this Effect.
You may start or extinguish a fire as large as a fire in a residential fireplace at your target. You may create or extinguish fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.

Working in many places as a park ranger, Janice has grown to be able to track any being throughout any sort of environment. Her discerning eyes can keep track of her target once she spots any sign that they left.
This ability has been honed throughout years of hunting throughout the night for intruders in deserts and forests. She's not using just physical hints, like footprints, but also patterns of movement from a litany of people trying to evade her.
By taking a close look, with a magnifying glass, Janice is able to use any trace of even the most minuscule of debris to see where the target has been. Even from the depth of their prints, she's able to tell if the footprint is a red herring left by the evader. Janice is able to keep track of the target well enough that she could teach a toddler how to follow them.
Looking at the gait of the target, and the depth of the footprints, Janice is also able to tell if the target is limping, going slower than normal. She's even able to find out their weight.
However, following their trail, and judging their health together is too much for Janice. Her mental endurance isn't enough to be able to juggle these. She has to focus down on one concept beforehand.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Sapient target or a Creature within arm's reach. You may select a target at any range if you use up Footprints of the target. You must actively and obviously use Magnifying Glass to activate this Effect. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Investigation at Difficulty 6.

They grant madness.
A yearning to... cleanse.
To eradicate all the beasts and vermin of the Earth.
To acquire more eyes.
You’re ready now. Join the Hunt.

If you succeed, the target receives a new Battle Scar of your choosing, limited by the contested Outcome:
You may affect up to 3 targets within range.
You may cure any Battle Scars you have created with this Effect with a Free Action on your initiative. They are healed over the course of the next hour.
This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 2.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Disfigured.
Your alteration "heals" over the course of the next month, after which it is fully cured.
The Slopkins transforms into a big gorila man, an ape-ish figure that stands tall among the rest with it's two inch warrior.

You gain the following benefits as long as you are submerged in water.
You no longer require any food, water, or air in order to survive. You no longer age naturally, and supernatural attempts to age you fail. Any roll to resist an Effect dependent on any affected requirement automatically succeeds.
You may spend one minute entering a state of hibernation, during which you are inanimate and unaffected by any requirements for life. You may still perceive the outside world and may spend 3 Rounds "waking up" to end it.
The aquamancer is an adept swimmer and moves with agility in or out of the water.

If you fail or botch, the Effect fails and you cannot activate it again for an hour. Roll Charisma + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around your target, which absorbs the next Outcome +2 Damage. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. You may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is you whispering a prayer under your breath. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
The detective can flash their badge and bark out orders to a person or a crowd, and the target will have trouble ignoring their command.
Exert your Mind and spend at least one Action. All Sapient targets within 20 feet of you are affected. You must actively and obviously use a police badge to activate this Effect. Your target cannot be engaged in Combat. Communicate a command to your targets. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Any affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your targets will be compelled to follow your command to the letter-- but not necessarily the spirit-- of the command until they have completed it or for your Contested Outcome in minutes. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. Commands may force a target to violate one of their Limits, and they will need to make a Trauma roll once the suggestion wears off.
