If you succeed, the target is afflicted with a Condition that causes any number of the following symptoms:
The affliction is not treatable by modern medicine. It may be diagnosed by rolling Intellect + Science at Difficulty 6, and can be cured by Consuming an anti venom.
Any Scars, Traumas, or Injuries caused by your symptoms cannot be healed until the underlying Condition is cured.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is coughing. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
If the need is dire enough, Emperor Norton II can inscribe a missive with the Imperial Pen - if acting in his official capacity, everyone within a given postal code will receive this message immediately, typically as a copy of the written note, though other messages are possible.
Spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless both you & any potential targets are within the same Postal Code. You must actively and obviously use Imperial Raiment to activate this Effect.
You may send a single message to all targets which are within a specified range. It can be no more complicated than a multi-page letter or a long email.
You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Inspired by the regeneration of the Hydra, beginning this procedure results in a variety of small inch long tendrils sprouting along one of Morgan’s hands. A successful Int-Animals check is enough to reveal that these typically belong to Hydra Oligactis, a Cnidarian known for its regenerative abilities.
Each sting of from it’s cnidocyte results in rapid tissue growth, speeding up the body’s regenerative abilities to extreme lengths. In the event of treating severed limbs, regrowth starts with the bone, moving onto muscle mass and tissue later. The process is relatively painless for the patient, those with sensory issues may find it slightly troubling though.
Once the procedure is finished, it only takes a few seconds for the remaining tendrils to break off and die.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Science at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Sally has found a way to go about sharing her magic with others. Almost a lesson to teach a spell, but the lesson is magic in of itself. Each spell takes up a heavy mental weight, but can provide enormous benefits to the user, such as deflecting attacks, or creating short blasts of lightning on an attack.
Exert your Mind and spend eight hours. Select a Living target within arm's reach. The target can easily Resist.
You may add one augmentation to your target. Each augmentation counts as a Trauma and can have exactly one of the following Effects:
The augmentations you provide are not outwardly visible nor obvious.
Salvador Payne is a man almost certainly known my staff in the facility as the bane of their existence. Whenever Salvador's current host dies and a new one is chosen, usually from an unlucky D Class, they take on his mannerisms.
He also generally prefers those that grow facial hair, so watch out for curly mustaches and an avoidance of eggs.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Living or Sapient target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless you, or the body you are currently possessing has been within 10 metres of a suitable host for more than five minutes. If this occurs, they have 'contracted' you. If your current body dies while a suitable host is within a mile, you must make a contested Mind roll, with up to your Mind score number of potential targets. If you fail and there are no potential targets within range, you die. If you succeed with any, you possess them. This effect also occurs if a target forces you out of their body. Roll Intellect + Alertness at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you possess your target for a number of months equal to the Contested Outcome. You are in full control of the host body’s actions. While the possession is active, the host body will gain a severe egg allergy, making it very obvious to anyone who sees them that something is not right.
Your host’s consciousness will similarly be swapped into your original body, and they will have full control over it until the Effect ends. You may spend an Action to end the possession early.
Stats: During the possession, you use the host body’s Body rating, but your own Mind rating. Any rolls you make use the host body’s Brawn, Dexterity, and Perception but your own Charisma, Intellect, and Abilities. You gain the effects of any physical Assets and Liabilities they have. You have access to the target’s mind, and are able to see their memories and learn any hidden knowledge or information they possess.
Gifts: You have access to and can use any of your own Powers which are not intrinsic to your biology or physical body. You may access and use any of the target’s Gifts or other supernatural effects while you are possessing them.
Death: If the host body is killed or destroyed while you are still possessing it, you will die along with it. If the possession ends and your original body was killed, you may make a contested Mind roll against the host. The loser becomes a helpless observer as long as you both inhabit their body.
Eviction: If you attempt to force your host to take actions which would violate one of their Limits or their instinct for self-preservation, they must make a Trauma roll. If they succeed, the possession ends and you are evicted from their body. If they fail, they will gain a new Trauma.
Jeremy started in cold calls and now he is handling business meetings and all in between. However now he skips numbers and simoly calls people by name.

If you succeed, the targets will keep their full attention focused on you for contested Outcome in Rounds. They will automatically fail any rolls related to noticing anything other than you. If they cannot perceive you through sight for three Rounds, the Effect is broken. The Effect ends early if the target is Injured or violence occurs nearby.
This does not affect the target’s opinion of you or their mood, and they may take any Actions while affected (including attacking), as long as that action centers on you. Fascinated targets cannot Concentrate.
The doctor is a master at surgical transplantation. As long as they have a donor part, they can replace any permanent, lingering battle scars on their patient. Of course, the transplanted part doesn't always match, and the patient must be careful to follow the doctor's aftercare orders, or the replacement will be rejected.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must use up a donor body part matching the injured area in order to activate this Effect. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.

Healing a Battle Scar in this way leaves behind a mismatched replacement on the target which cannot be healed.

This witch is a cruel and vengeful creature who works her vile arts against those she deems worthy of punishment. All she must do is point. A flash of green lightning strikes her victim and disappears. Immediately, or upon the completion of some condition, if the witch chooses, the victim's body warps and shifts into a gross mockery of its former self. Whether she's giving someone the head of a donkey or stealing their voice, the witch's enemies always get what is coming to them.
The sheer wickedness of this spell corrupts the witch, giving her a disgusting, witchy appearance.
Exert your Mind and Spend an Action. Select a Living target within 20 feet. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. The target may roll Body, -2 dice at Difficulty 7, as a Free Action to resist.

When you activate this Effect, instead of occurring immediately, you may choose to delay its effects until the target takes a particular Action. For example: "when they fire a gun" or "when they swim in deep water."
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Witchy Appearance. You have a long, warty nose and chin, wrinkled skin, and a hunch back. Social rolls are at +2 Difficulty, and your free movement is reduced by 10 feet.
Your alteration "heals" over the course of the next month, after which it is fully cured.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Compulsion for payback. You must roll Self-Control to avoid using this Gift on anyone who wrongs you in a major way.
