A magical spell circle surrounds the user and the notepad as they take aim at their target, to which then an image of an artwork of them in... less than savoury positions flashes into their mind. Shocking them, scaring them, even.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a single target or a Location within 20 feet. If you select a Location, all targets within 20 feet within 20 feet of it, besides yourself, are affected. Roll charisma+art at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the affected targets takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the affected targets will gain a new Trauma selected by the GM. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Targets that receive a new Trauma are aware that you are interacting with them but they do not view it as an attack or view the resulting Trauma as malicious. If their Trauma is treated, they will be able to see the reality of the situation.
This round of ammunition is painted like an easter egg. It can be loaded into any firearm. When fired, it leaves a striking trail of white smoke and explodes into a short-lived inferno of white phosphorous on impact, destroying any object or piece of structure it hits.
Spend an Action and use up this bullet painted like an easter egg. Make a firearms attack at a Non-Sapient Object or piece of an Object or structure within normal attack range no larger than a large luggage bag (75 liters). The target may roll to dodge or defend, as normal for firearms attacks. The attack does not deal Damage, but the Effect does.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate.
You may perceive things through Sight within 50 feet of you as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next five minutes.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is the reflection of a bright orb in his eyes, floating around.. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
Any Perception rolls made through obstacles are rolled at +1 Difficulty.
You create a visible manifestation at the Location where your senses are projected which looks like a ghost orb.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend one minute. Select a Dead target within arm's reach with at least half its skeletal structure remaining.
Your target rises as an Animate being. The raised creature is totally mindless, with no memory of its past life or hint of its old personality. They cannot communicate. They will follow any command you speak.
The creature lasts for eight hours or until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Charisma and Intellect are set to 1, but their Dexterity, Brawn and Perception are the same as they had in life. A raised creature cannot use any Effects.
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
The user punches straight into the target object. This in turn causes a ripple effect throughout as it creates cracks throughout the object before it is ultimately shattered or damaged to a great extent.

True to their namesake, the hacker can penetrate the security of any computer system, granting access to its informational stores, or, in a pinch, allowing them to issue commands. The hacked system will display a flickering image of a ghost until it is dismissed.
While hacking, The Technician's fingers move with supernatural speed, blurring like a ghost.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Computer within arm's reach. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
If your command does not require bypassing the security of the target (for example, typing on a computer that is unlocked), you do not need to Exert your Mind to activate this Effect, and activation only takes a single Action.
Your Hack cannot be reversed through mundane means for a number of hours equal to your Outcome.
Every hack you make leaves behind a flickering image of a ghost in the system as a personal "calling card" that informs anyone who uses the system that the hack occurred.
The Witch is a master herbalist and can cure any number of illnesses and diseases with her special potions. She goes into the wilderness to find the proper set of herbs. Once she has what she's looking for, she mixes them together and boils the concoction. Steam rises from the mixture, twisting into recognizable shapes such as animals and spirits. Whenever you cure a disease, poison, or toxin, if it had inflicted any Damage, your target is healed for half that Damage.

Spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location.

The message may be intercepted while in transit, and may be overheard, read, or otherwise understood by anyone near either you or the recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.

The mystic channels and communes directly with another person's spirit, allowing the two of them to freely exchange both physical and mental wounds between each other.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Sapient target within arm's reach. Your target may Resist to cancel the transfer.
