Whether 2d or 3d, the image of a raven is always smaller than the actual raven. Starting by speaking to said image and entreating it to wake up, both intricate gestures and pulling motions cause a full sized raven to emerge similarly to blowing a bird shaped bubble. The image vanishes, leaving an ordinary looking bird in its place.
This ritual draws from the creator's subconscious, in what the familiar looks like, acts like, and in energy to bring it into physical being. While it acts independently, it behaves as the creator expects, except in cases where the creator is in disagreement deep down with what they consciously want the familiar to do.
While fabricated from their mind and energy, no direct mental or magical link remains once called forth, and thus no backlash (as in some fiction) occurs if the familiar is destroyed. Additionally, when called again, it is in essence the same creature as before.
While currently tiring and difficult to do, this should, of course, become easier with practice.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: intricate hand motions, entreating Nik to wake up, then blowing on the focus. Philip curls into a fetal position and begins muttering to himself, scratching at his face, and crying. He is wracked with guilt, anger, and hate. A few words can be made out, all violent. It is clear this man has lost his mind.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location.
You open up a line of communication to your target, and may converse with them as long as one of you maintains Concentration
The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.

If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see you drink blood directly from the vein.
