Description
You can speak a short message directly into a target's mind.
System
Spend an Action and Exert your Mind to send a message of [[message-complexity]] size as far as [[range]]. No roll necessary. Additional messages to the same target within the same scene don't cost additional Exertion. This power is not obviously supernatural.
Enhancements
- Concealed (Using this Effect is not obvious. Choose a Tell that occurs only when you use the Effect; if-- and only if-- someone suspects that a Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.)
- Connection (After your first message, additional messages to the same target don't cost any Exertion. Lasts two hours after the initial message.)
