After briefly examining a target, a thin manila folder forms somewhere on Frank’s person. It could be tucked into his trench coat, hidden in a bag, hell, it could even manifest in his hand if he so chooses. It’s filled with a variety of papers documenting the target’s life, their memories, their experiences and desires. Images dance along the file whenever a specific memory is chosen, illuminating the truth about the target’s past.
To observers, the folder appears to be filled with nothing but blank sheets of printer paper. Those with the Clear-Sighted enhancement should be easily able to gleam that there’s something off with the folder, that some illusion prevents it’s contents from being shared.
Once the power ends, the folder dissipates.

You are able to view your target's memories. The target is unaware their memories are being probed. The Effect ends if the target moves out of range or your Concentration is interrupted.
You may ask specific questions about their memory - “what is their computer password,” “What were they doing at 4:00PM yesterday,” etc - but you cannot get answers to broad, analytical questions like “are they a good person?” or “what are their plans for the future?”
Each question you ask and memory you replay takes a single Round to read.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is reading over a manila folder. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.

The target has no control over their body or actions, though they retain consciousness and will remember anything that occurs during the possession. While the possession is active, the host body will the top of the head seems sewn on, making it very obvious to anyone who sees them that something is not right.
You do not leave your original body behind when you possess a target. When a possession ends, your original body will reappear at the host body’s same location. You may spend an Action to end the possession early.
Stats: During the possession, you use the host body’s Body rating, but your own Mind rating. Any rolls you make use the host body’s Brawn, Dexterity, and Perception but your own Charisma and Intellect. You may use either your own or the host’s Ability ratings, whichever is higher. You gain the effects of any physical Assets and Liabilities they have. You have access to the target’s mind, and are able to see their memories and learn any hidden knowledge or information they possess.
Gifts: You have access to and can use any of your own Powers which are not intrinsic to your biology or physical body. You may access and use any of the target’s Gifts or other supernatural effects while you are possessing them.
Death: Any Injuries sustained by the host body are also sustained by you when the possession ends. If the host body is killed or destroyed while you are still possessing it, you will die along with it.
Eviction: If you attempt to force your host to take actions which would violate one of their Limits or their instinct for self-preservation, they may resist by rolling Mind. If their Outcome is higher than or equal to the contested Outcome, the possession ends and you are evicted from their body. If they fail, you remain in control.

The object animates by verbally crafting lines from a story about what the object is destined to do when animated. As if the narrator in a book utilizes exposition to predicate the actions of a given object.
This power is caused by an influx of meta particles that impart a desire to exist on an inanimate object. Only those that speak with absolute confidence and in the correct tonal cadence in the moment of choosing can impart such a desire. This is known as "Causal Diction". Causal, meaning "involving causation or a cause : marked by cause and effect" and Diction, meaning "a choice of words especially with regard to correctness, clearness, or effectiveness". Sometimes, to those who have merely witnessed this phenomenon, it is referred to as "The Voice of All Things". Since it appears as though the user audibly commands life into that which does not possess it. Allowing objects to move and act freely, and thus, granting them a "voice" of their own.
Exert your Mind and an Action. Select a Inanimate target within 20 feet which could fit inside a rolling luggage bag (50 liters).
Your target will become Animated indefinitely. You may choose to end the effect at will, as a Free Action. You can maintain a max of 4 targets animated at once.

Anyone will tell you, the mind is the master of healing. Essentially, he convinces them they are fine and their own body makes it so- releasing hormones and things that accellerate the healing process.
He gives the target a heated pep talk, grabbing, dragging, or crying loudly while shaking them encouragingly and desperately. "You can't leave me like! You can beat this I know it! We're a team!"
He can do the same thing to himself, looking at his reflection or talking to himself heatedly. Its an intense pep talk nonetheless, sometimes involving slapping himself in the face or pouring water on himself, etc.
Exert your Mind and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain. Your patient is required to "Cannot abandon anyone who has not harmed you directly in a dangerous situation" for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.

If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target gains a new Trauma of your choice. The Trauma should be general and not specifically mention you. You should not have to be involved to trigger the Trauma.
This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see you reveal their potential future.
The creature's claws rip through the poor, defenseless doctor's coat, opening deep gashes in their gut. It bares its fangs to lunge for the killing blow, but the doctor looks up at the attacker. Their eyes filed not with utter terror at their imminent demise, only a look of disappointment and pity. Touched, the monster hesitates. . .

The musician pours their heart and soul into their music, giving others some much needed perspective and solace and all around good vibes. This can be a temporary easing of the mind, but with prolonged music therapy it can even permanently cure psychic damage.
Exert your Mind to activate. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You cannot target yourself. This Effect cannot be used unless you continuously play music for your target during the activation. Over the course of one Downtime, your patient must communicate with you and reveal at least one of their Traumas to you, including the details of those Traumas and the circumstances of how they were acquired. After the full treatment time has elapsed, roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6.
Your target may Resist. If your treatment is successful, you may remove one of the patient's revealed Traumas without incurring any Experience cost.

The De-Neuralizer is a small silver device that can emanate a bright flash of light. Any being that looks into it with uncovered eyes has their most recent period of the their memory set into a highly over-writable state for a moment. While in this state, their memories may be overwritten at will.

The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).

a reflection of something else in the area, which can be no larger than a person is generated at your target, and it will remain in place for the next minute or you choose to end it. It can be perceived by people through their sight. The illusion cannot be used as an attack. You may create a replica of a specific being or Object, though it is still limited by what you do or do not know about the subject.
Anyone who touches the illusion (or who would be able to perceive it significantly through a sense it cannot fool) realizes it is an illusion, and the entire effect will be ended for all targets.
The illusion will remain fixed to its initial target, and can only change locations if the initial target is mobile in some way. It may have moving parts and engage in simple, predetermined movements but cannot perform anything complex or interactive unless you maintain Concentration and “puppeteer” it.
The spy is able to transform an ordinary ballpoint pen into a monitoring device that is inconspicuous enough to blend in to most settings, but advanced enough to allow 360 degree surveillance as well as audio capture, which is sent to their smartphone.
