You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 2. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
- Exploit: Any influence roll against a target is made at -1 Difficulty for each Trauma of theirs that you know about.
- Hey, Listen!: You cannot be ignored or unheard when directly addressing an entity.
- No Choice But To Stan: If someone speaks or acts against you socially, anyone observing it must roll Mind, with the difficulty equal to your Charisma, in order to not defend you.
- Poker Face: You reveal only what you want to reveal. It is impossible to determine whether or not you are lying. You may roll Charisma + Performance to resist any investigative Effect that targets you. If you successfully resist, you determine the info they get.
- The Price Of Fame: Any sightings or recordings of your activity can easily be traced back to you. Even when disguised or using an alias, people always get a Perception check to recognize you.
- Being forced to Stan will not force someone to violate any of their Limits or to engage in violence of any kind (though they may still do so of their own volition).
- In rare cases, GMs may require you to make a roll to lie to particularly powerful beings.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

Jacob has lied so many times it just comes natural to him. People just can not tell any more if he is lying anymore because he just is always lying. There is just something that about him that people love.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
- No Choice But To Stan: If someone speaks or acts against you socially, anyone observing it must roll Mind, with the difficulty equal to your Charisma, in order to not defend you.
- Party Animal: You are welcome at, and will be granted entrance to, any social gathering or party, at least as an observer.
- Poker Face: You reveal only what you want to reveal. It is impossible to determine whether or not you are lying. You may roll Charisma + Performance to resist any investigative Effect that targets you. If you successfully resist, you determine the info they get.

After leading the members of the Carnival to safety after the events of Game I, Joshua’s experience leading his Traveling Jam Band and his old military battalion has crystallized into the commanding charm of a true hero.
No longer will commands go unheard in the chaos of a active battle ground. His singing voice will never be lost in the din of a crowd. Even at a whisper, the voice of a hero rings louder than any other.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Joshua Jones’s Lucky Peacock Feather.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.

This Charming Woman

The user becomes a cold caricature of a person, emotions are birthed and killed based on their usefulness at any given moment as their inner apathy is masked by an outburst of emotion, emotions that are meant to confuse people and lull them into a sense of security. People talking to the user see the look and behavior of someone who looks like they have genuine affection and empathy, as if the person in front of them is trying their best to make them feel like the most important individual in the world.
Allena is, often times, a crass and spiteful individual. The biggest exception being when she's trying to get something out of someone at which point she becomes soft and kind, she knows too well how to appeal to people. She just often doesn't care enough to do so, to her the truth of the matter is is that she doesn't feel the same things people do, the joy, the love, the hate. To her it's a cold breeze passing by, this... apathy is also the cause of her shadow's manifestation, it is the emptiness in her heart given form. And now, Allena has filled that hole with fake feelings. Feelings that don't mean anything to her, yet she still uses them.

This is all simply false on the inside as he retains a new legendary level of charming others into his games, gambits, and scams with more ease with his likable speech patterns and honest face. Though with this new height of luck he has marked down onto his chest the wonderful Ace of Hearts tattoo on his chest as to say he will always be lucky.
