Mike takes about half a minute inscribing or engraving his first rune on the device to be repaired. If the repair attempt is successful, the rune and tool glow with werelight as breaks seal, bends straighten, and in general the object reforms itself to it's functional state. At the end, the rune changes to be an intrinsic part of the repaired object, seemingly embossed, printed, or engraved there "from the factory". A failed attempt sees a misshapen form of the rune which sparks out and does nothing of value.
Spend 10 Rounds. Select a Object within arm's reach that is no larger than an SUV. You may target Alien technology, so long as you have an understanding of its intended function. When repairing Alien targets, you must Exert your Mind. You must actively and obviously use a tool marked with the bindrune he uses to repair to activate this Effect. More than half the target object must be present in order to begin repairs. Roll Dexterity + Crafts at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target is repaired back to a functional state. If you fail, you spend the full time working before realizing you cannot repair the target.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
The flesh flows like water under your will and once in contact with you, is absorbed through your skin pores.
Your body spins inside out, letting out for just a moment a foul smell of dead flesh.
You are now another face, as easily as the Hindu god Panchanana changes faces himself.
Flesh, bones, blood... everything is like clay under your will. You are crafted anew under your experienced hands of sculptor.
Spend a minute. You must use up at least 0,5 pound of flesh (blood and bones can be added) in order to activate this Effect.
You become disguised in a manner of your choosing. The disguise lasts for two hours, or you may end it early at will.
The new appearance may have a different sex, age, and race to your own, and you may alter height by up to a foot and your weight by 50%. Your disguise cannot directly mimic an existing person. You cannot alter your clothes. A disguise cannot affect your Attributes or other stats.
You may roll Charisma + Crafts to attempt to make your disguise Beautiful. If your Outcome is 6 or higher, non-Effect Charisma rolls where your good looks could help are rolled at -2 Difficulty. If you fail or botch, you are ugly instead, and non-Effect Charisma rolls are made at +2 Difficulty.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see that your body is melting on itself and producing an horendous cadaveric smell for a moment.

Ellis has such a strong connection with his Bonded explosives that he can see through what would be their eyes, if they were people. Which they aren't. Bombs are just objects... At any rate, in order to see details around his frie...bomb, Ellis will have to devote his full attention to monitoring the ward, making him vulnerable. However, he will also be alerted should any beings touch the warded explosive (if he's not too distracted to notice the alert).
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 10 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the bomb in question has undergone the Ritual of Bomb Bonding. You must actively and obviously use a bomb to activate this Effect.
You place a ward, which is fixed to a target Object that can be moved and repositioned. You can see through the ward as though you were standing at its location. You may have at most 8 wards running at once.
The ward requires Concentration to monitor, though it will remain active until you deactivate it. It can be detected with a roll and destroyed through mundane means.
You may declare a condition to watch for on an active Ward. If it occurs, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 6, to notice it, even if you are not actively monitoring that ward.
You may activate another Effect through one of your Wards as if you were standing at its location. The Ward is destroyed afterward.
Bringing the fire of a nuclear heart to bear upon her fists and feet, Iryna can manipulate the nuclear reactions in her body to generate heat cycles, able to concentrate extreme heat and cold in specific places near instantaneously at the moment of a strike. Polamedes sits down and calms himself. Over the course of a minute he uses a bundle of wires and electronics combined with tiny nanomachines in his ring to slowly assemble a tiny robot. Pols forarms expand outward in 4 sections framing his arm like a kind of giant spider. The long spindly limbs pry free from the flesh and bone underneath showing long strands of tendon and flesh beneath where they were previously connected. The spider arms then move at ludicrous speed quickly assembling a tiny robot by tri spooling, nanothread, skin threads, and actual wire. The spiderlegs heat up quickly as they move and over the course of the minute will release a spay of blood in order to cool themselves as they work.
The robot looks like a miniature version of Utah raptor. Afterwards the programming in the raptor demands that it be given a unique name before it can be given any instructions.
Polamedes fingertips look as though they have been submerged in black ink up to the second knuckle. The ink looks cubeular and if examined seems to move slightly.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Summon up to 5 Sapient Hobbes-Bot at your location. They last for two hours or until they move more than 150 feet from you or are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. They will attack any Nonliving, Animate targets they encounter immediately and will ignore your commands to do otherwise. You may have at most 5 minions active at a time.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Spider Arms.

When a target is destroyed, it sends shards flying. Anyone within 5 feet of the object rolls 4d10 at Difficulty 6 and takes damage equal to the Outcome. Can be reacted to.
When the Vampire's lust for blood is satiated, their injuries heal at a remarkably fast rate and new injuries are quickly stabilized. While healing, the Vampire's skin retains its deathly pale appearance, as any blood he consumes is being used to repair his wounds.
You gain the following benefits as long as as long as you have drank a half gallon (lethal) amount of blood in the past 24 hours.
