a trail of blue follow's Irene's hand and knife as the space between her and her destination is deleted, almost instantly dragging her to her location of choice
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location which is at most 75 feet away horizontally or 15 feet away vertically. You must actively and obviously use knife knuckle to activate this Effect.
You jump to the chosen location. If the landing is precarious, the GM may call for a roll to land safely. You will never take fall damage from successfully landing a jump made with this Effect.
You may opt to trade your free movement for a Super Leap if you are jumping less than 50 feet or if you are closing a gap to an opponent and spend your Action on an attack.
Instead of physically passing through the air, you are teleported directly to your destination. Does not allow you to go through walls, cages, or grapples.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Shaky hands: -2 dice to all rolls involving keeping your hands steady, and fine dexterity.

You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in unarmed combat.

Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is tripled.
If your last Action was used for an all-out sprint or you are already accelerated, you may spend an Action to accelerate without a roll, adding 100 feet/Round (not affected by your speed bonus) to your sprint speed, to a max of an extra 300 feet/Round. As long as you stay at these speeds, you may use this distance per Round as your Free Movement.
Any terrain you traverse while accelerated must be passable by a standard vehicle at similar speeds. Stopping, turning sharply, or decelerating more than 100 feet/Round must be performed as an Action. Failing to decelerate with an Action (whether because of an obstacle, sudden unfavorable terrain, an Injury, or other event) counts as a tumble or catastrophic vehicle collision as per the vehicle rules.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Gotta Go Fast! - You require motion to function correctly. (Whenever you would be completely unmoving, you receive a -2 Dice Penalty to all Mental Actions, as your brain starts to lack in oxygen like that of a shark) and Twitchy - You always seem ready to go and too eager to leave the conversation. (You suffer +1 Difficulty on all Social Rolls where being twitchy or fast-paced would matter).

(Make a Self-Control roll in order to go near or otherwise interact with the subject of your fear) and Substance Addiction: Sugar - You are addicted to a specific substance. Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Dead target within 50 feet. Dead targets must have died within the past week, and you must have their remains in your possession.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
Through channeling essence into one's eye, the user can perceive an individual's thoughts, feelings, and secrets in an ancient, runic language that the practitioner must attempt to decipher in the moment before the words return from whence they came.
Every individual's thoughts, feelings, their deepest secrets, while most believe that these things are only tangible in their own minds, the especially strong ones take a physical form in a mystical plane, one only visible to those talented in the magical arts. Through discussion, a skilled practitioner can illicit the physical manifestations of these thoughts and feelings, appearing in an ancient language that the practitioner must attempt to decipher in the moment, while still conversing with the individual, making this process only possible to the most skilled witches and warlocks who possess the sight. These runic pieces of text that encompass the secrets and desires literally emerge from the target's mouth as they speak, requiring a discussion to occur. Possession of this eye grants one the ability to constantly perceive the mystical plane, though this inhibits perception of the natural world.
Unlike some of Lyra's other powers, this one is completely unique to her bloodline and not a ritual that borrows the power of other higher beings. It was awakened through her experiences in contracts.

Surrounding the eye and speckled over most of the upper side of my right face are thin, dark runes of various shape. (-1 to perception involving sight).

This alteration lasts one minute but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 6 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through. See the extended system text for GM guidance on various tools.

You may start or extinguish a fire as large as a fire in a residential fireplace at your target. You may create or extinguish fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 3 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any Damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
