The spray can releases a rainbow mist that coats you in a translucent, glittery purple substance that's incredibly hard to destroy. It resembles rubber (pliable and flexible) so it allows you a full range of motion. This armour can be taken off, though it has to be reapplied using the ArCANis Spray Can.
On source material:
Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs has always been a classic. The shoes Flint Lockwood had seemed to be made of some elastic biopolymer adhesive that stuck to his feet until it wore off a few days later. At first he was pretty disappointed by it, but Delphyrion was interested in how Flint couldn't destroy it at all.
On applications:
It is actually quite useful as sealant for plumbing and other repairs. Actually, Delphyrion derived the substance from Flex Seal, which was used for roofs. Since it would be stationary with this usage, unlike how a person would constantly move around, it takes a while for the spray to wear off. Delphyrion has tested it out on a number of equipment and it has almost always been successful. That is, until he tried using it to fix his glassware. Those kept exploding no matter what they were used for.
On rainbow spray:
It was actually an accident that the spray ended up being rainbow-coloured; they didn't expect it to be anything like the movie, but Delphyrion's very satisfied with it. It just gives the armour a nice sheen, like the psychedelic colours on the surface of an oil spill. Also, it's gay.
On clothing:
Wear your clothes. Literally, this is not an alternative for clothing. This stuff is translucent so chances are that people can actually see what's underneath. If you're really brave (and not afraid of indecency charges) it'd generally look like you're wearing a skintight jumpsuit. Or, like, spray it on top of your clothes.
On the spray can:
It's just a regular spray can with a label on it. Also, Delphyrion's last name is Arcanis. Hence, ArCANis, get it?
Artifact description:
ArCANis Spray Can - Just a spray can with a colourful label. What's important is Delphyrion's addition to the contents: a rubbery substance that sprays out in a rainbow mist.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You have 4 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. Called Shots may circumvent your Armor, depending on its coverage.
You may spend an Action or Reaction and Exert your Mind to double your Armor rating for one Round.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Self-Awareness: The armour looks quite goofy on you. When anyone comments on your appearance or you see a mirror, roll Self-Control to avoid lashing out at them (or to avoid breaking the mirror). If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.

The amulet infuses energy into its user as an onyx, mechanical tentacle with claspers leaks out of the user's core, ready to serve.
To feed the artifact, one simply holds a rare mineral up to the gem in the amulet, watching as it quickly seems to melt and be sucked into the gem.
Expend a point of Battery and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: mutter to yourself as you spread your arms, allowing the appendages to dramatically grow out of your core. This Effect cannot be used unless you have fed the artifact rare minerals in the last 24 hours. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You gain an additional limb that functions as a standard human arm and hand. Lasts two hours.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
Your appendage is selectively incorporeal, allowing you to reach through walls or ignore grapples on it.
Your extra appendage can stretch to reach an additional 30 feet.
Your extra appendage is not connected to your nervous or circulatory systems, and you will not take damage if it is hit by an attack or destroyed.
Your Extra Appendage counts as an object and can be hacked or targeted by any Powers that affect objects or machines. Injuries to your Extra Appendage cannot be healed by Powers that affect living things but may be repaired during Downtime.
A large black briefcase. Made of real leather and stamped brass. A handle and a over-shoulder strap are available. The initials W.H are stamped into the side. The two locks on the top are made to resemble glass eyes, though it does allow the briefcase to "see" if whoever is opening it is the owner. The insides are quite spacious and padded. If the owner isn't the one to open the container the briefcase temporarily swallows the items inside and pushes up its "tounge" (the bottom of the briefcase) to resemble a normal briefcase. otherwise its just as spacious as a magical container would be.
This Artifact can be used as a container. It is roughly the same size as a large briefcase (20 Liters) and just as difficult to conceal.
Your large briefcase (20 Liters) holds 5 times what it normally could. Objects stored inside are weightless.
Living things can be stored in your large briefcase (20 Liters). They will have access to anything else inside and may attempt to break free, damaging or destroying the large briefcase (20 Liters) in the process.
If your large briefcase (20 Liters) is destroyed, things inside may get out, and it will cease to function until it is repaired.
When scanned or investigated without opening, the contents of your container appear normal and unremarkable.
If anyone other than you opens the container, it appears empty. Others can still destroy it to get at the contents.
This item is a living thing. When targeted, it counts as a Living Creature in addition to its other target types. If destroyed or abandoned for more than two days, it dies and becomes unusable.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Delusion that the suitcase is your best friend. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.
This device now possesses a "Tissue reconstruction" application which will pair with a Bluetooth enabled device and implant a control subroutine while physically dispensing a nanite "goo" onto the target area of the subject. This goo quickly permeates damaged tissues and replicates to replace whatever critical structures are damaged, then begins the slow work of regrowing permanent native tissue in its place. From this point, if communication with the controller is lost before this month-long process completes, the nanites will shut down and lose cohesion, resulting in the failure of the repair. (If this artifact is a Bluetooth enabled device, it may serve the controller function if the user heals their own scar)
Dr. Laz and Eliza have been working to enhance the tissue reconstruction system for greater flexibility in targets, as well as for more efficient treatment. More rapid functional deployment was made possible by simply allowing the nanites to replace damaged tissue directly and offloading the task of coordinating true tissue reconstruction to a local controller. Right now this can be done in only a minute, but Laz's goal is to work this down to a few seconds.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless The target possesses some form of Bluetooth enabled device to program as a nanite controller. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect. Your patient is required to remain within bluetooth range (30ft) of the selected control device, and keep it charged and operational for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.
A boneless, amorphous creature that is able to consume and take the place and functionality of someone's hand, feeding off of their blood to sustain itself. It is capable of morphing into a keratinous blade roughly the length of a kitchen knife, being able to lash out on a thick chord of sinew before contracting back into position.
The creature requires a genetic imprint of the original limb that it is replacing, and must entirely consume the limb that it replaces. If the original limb is regained, it ceases to function, reverting to an amorphous wad of fleshy substance.
This Artifact can be used as a knife. It is roughly the same size as a knife but can be collapsed into a normal arm and hand and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action. Unless it is a part of the same artifact as Frobrukt, and it's respective conditional has been satisfied, this Artifact behaves as its mundane counterpart.
Attack by rolling (Dexterity or Brawn) + (Melee or Brawl), Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +1 Weapon Damage.

Joshua understands the importance of a good maintenance routine. From oiling the calf skins of his drums to sewing tears in his coat to keeping his trusty caplock pistols clean, each of the items that the soldier carries is part of an intricate web of consistent upkeep. Like trusted friends, he knows that as long as he treats his equipment well, they'll never fail him in his moment of need.
He's more than willing to teach others his best practices. Amazing what can be done with a needle and thread, a rag, and a simple toolkit. Little bit of oil here, a shine there, he lays out the proper routine in plain English. As long as anyone follows his advice, their equipment can be as trusty as Joshua's.
What Joshua doesn't realize is the energies of the shattered Netherworld Portal has empowered this routine with his own latent resistance to entropy. Though he remains rigorous in his procedures (and insists others to do the same), the equipment that he's given close attention keeps itself in its best condition without any deliberate care.
As tales of Joshua's heroic exploits and good deeds continue to spread through the Netherworld and beyond, there are always people willing to lend him a hand. Even if lost, equipment maintained by Joshua will inevitably be picked up and brought back to him by a good samaritan, who will never request more than a song or two as repayment.
This Artifact cannot be broken.
If this Artifact is lost and in no one’s possession, it finds its way back to its creator during the next Downtime.

This device is a piece of chrome the size and shape of the back of a spoon. When placed against the skin, small hypodermic needles sprout from the device and attach it to the user's bloodstream. There, it filters and releases lifesaving drugs into the bloodstream, granting complete immunity from contracting new diseases and added resiliency in all other cases.
WARNING: The immunizing drugs have been shown to reduce inhibitions in test subjects.
