The Wrangler holds his hat and his body begins to contort, limbs jerking and twisting in unnatural, stuttering motions, his avatar emits audio similar to that of cracking/breaking bones until a replica of himself steps out of his body.

Cartoon Oswald realises he doesn't have to obey the laws of nature regarding "Sprinting"
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless Cartoon Oswald is active.
Lasts 1 minute. Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is tripled.
If your last Action was used for an all-out sprint or you are already accelerated, you may spend an Action to accelerate without a roll, adding 100 feet/Round (not affected by your speed bonus) to your sprint speed, to a max of an extra 300 feet/Round. As long as you stay at these speeds, you may use this distance per Round as your Free Movement.
Any terrain you traverse while accelerated must be passable by a standard vehicle at similar speeds. Stopping, turning sharply, or decelerating more than 100 feet/Round must be performed as an Action. Failing to decelerate with an Action (whether because of an obstacle, sudden unfavorable terrain, an Injury, or other event) counts as a tumble or catastrophic vehicle collision as per the vehicle rules.
A pair of small brown ears emerge from the sides of Henry's mop of mousy brown hair, swiftly followed by a bluish ghostly afterimage. Then comes the long and sinuous tail and the eye-mask obscured by his half-burned face - then a very rapid shrinking that one would miss if they blinked at the wrong moment. Congratulations, you have recieved [mini thief]
To Henry, transformation feels like putting on leather pants or a leather jumpsuit that is at least two sizes too small yet slipping into them as easily and smoothly as if he'd been covered in butter - which are both two separate things that he has done separately, he will consistently insist.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You transform into a ferret until you transform into something else or choose to return to your original form. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you do not have access to any of your Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
While transformed, you may speak and use any Influence or Communication Powers you posses.
The user becomes enshrouded in shadow, blending in with any shadows nearby.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless hidden from a direct light source.
You and any clothes or equipment you are wearing are partially obscured from sight for the next 10 minutes. All attempts to detect you using sight are rolled at a -3 dice penalty, and all attempts to detect you where sight would assist are rolled at -1 penalty.

Sora will transform into a silver and red dragon with claw-like wings that end in vents which emit small clouds that spark with energy when attacking, which causes their attacks to move at blinding speeds.
Attack: Dexterity + Brawl
Exert your Mind and spend a Quick Action. This Effect cannot be used unless Only grants its benefits when Sora: Chimera Emperor is active.
You transform into Jet Dragon for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are Jet Dragon, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Dexterity is increased by 1. Your Stress is reduced by 2.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -1).
Your alternate form renders you unable to speak any human language and incapable of fine object manipulation. You can only hold or grasp objects in a crude, clumsy way.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Slimy Skin - Your skin seems to stick to everything it touches. (Whenever you would try to throw or otherwise let go of an item, roll Brawn + Athletics @7 or the item sticks to your skin).
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Hey Pal... - You can't resist trying to subjugate strange creatures... (Whenever you would encounter a new unique or fantastical creature, roll Self-Control or be forced to try and "catch em all").

You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.

The vampire sucks a copious amount of blood from a human and replenishes their own cursed flesh.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend 1 minute. This Effect cannot be used unless you drink blood directly from a human until it injures them. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Brawn + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see you drink blood directly from the vein.
