Stareye guides the healing light from himself to his target, curing them of their ailments to the best of his ability.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. Select a Living target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless Stareye must take at least a severity one injury to pass his internal healing light onto the target, or perhaps CPR style kiss them, but I doubt he’s going to do that.. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Dexterity + Performance at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
If your Outcome is greater than the Severity of the Injury you were attempting to treat, you may apply any excess Outcome to other Injuries on the same patient.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Fear of invasive medical procedures..

Margaret knows when you’re talking about her and what you've said. Pesky, gossips find her shadow looming over them.
This Effect activates whenever someone talks about Margaret. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target Location within 75 feet. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event.
You may perceive things through hearing as if you were standing at that Location for the next 30 minutes. You may move your senses back and forth between your projected location and your real location without prematurely ending the effect. You may only have one projected location active at a time.
You create a visible manifestation at the Location where your senses are projected which looks like A woman's shadow looming behind.

Reality warps around Edgard and the location at which they want to trave to. A pitch-black shimmering portal appears behind Edgard whenever this ability is activated. The portal appears to be similar to glass breaking and there be swirling black gasses on the other side. As Edgard enters the portal, he shatters the already marred glass barrier until it breaks. When doing so, black wispy tendrils grab Edgard to pull him in and push him out the exit. Anyone within 2ft of the portal entrance or exit can hear eldritch wisps enticing others to come into the portal.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action. Select a Location which is at most 75 feet away horizontally or 15 feet away vertically.
You jump to the chosen location. If the landing is precarious, the GM may call for a roll to land safely. You will never take fall damage from successfully landing a jump made with this Effect.

The mutant now occasionally lays large, orange-speckled eggs. These Eggs do not hatch nor spoil. If cracked and applied to a chronic injury such as a missing limb, the scar heals completely within the hour. However, any area healed by the egg will forever carry an inhuman appearance as testament to the bizarre method of treatment.
Spend a minute and use up this unusually large egg (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7). Select a Living target within arm's reach. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect.

Audiences or mobs with a singular focus count as one target. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. All affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, the targets will keep their full attention focused on you for Contested Outcome in Rounds. They will automatically fail any rolls related to noticing anything other than you.
If you pass from their perception and they are unable to pursue you, the Effect ends. If they can follow you, they must do so for 2 Rounds or the Effect will end. The Effect ends early if the target is Injured or violence occurs nearby.
This does not affect the target’s opinion of you or their mood, and they may take any Actions while affected (including attacking), as long as that action centers on you. Fascinated targets cannot Concentrate.
