Mildred's attackers are going to find the situation more thorny than they thought
A 1 Gift Armor Power used by Mildred, created by Abyssal.
Description
In the fairy tale, Sleeping Beauty was protected by a wall of thorns while she dreamed. Now, when Mildred is threatened, strange green-grey thorny vines erupt from her skin and wrap around her, forming a barrier between her and harm. This armor of sorts is alive and even seems somewhat intelligent, only appearing in times of need, striking out at those who would attack her, and strengthening itself when needed. The vines seem to seek out the ground and would clearly prefer for her to be rooted to the spot while they are protecting her.
System
You have 3 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. Passive, always in effect.
Enhancements
- Defensive Curl (You may spend an Action or Reaction and Exert your Mind to double your Armor rating for one Round.)
- Thorns (When you take Damage from a source which is within 5 feet, deal back as much Damage as your Armor prevented.)
Drawbacks
- Bulky (You may activate or deactivate your armor as a Free Action on your Initiative. As long as your armor is active, your movement speed is halved and you suffer -2 dice to all Dexterity and Perception rolls. While deactivated, it offers no Armor.)

Maddening
(Possession of this Gift causes a Trauma that cannot be cured by any means. The chosen Trauma must be likely to come up on a Contract.)
- Trauma - Mildred must roll Mind to avoid trying to wake any sleeping ally she sees.
- Active (This Power is no longer passive. Spend an Action and Exert your Mind to activate it for one hour.)
