What few people know: He's able to act and interact as a narrator even in tense situations, an ability great for someone recording interesting events.
Shane's will never be able to hide himself, particularly his eccentric glass-eye always stands out, no matter what form he takes.

Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

Your Charisma rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Roll a Self Control Roll to interact with people when not wearing a fursuit.
You also gain the following effects:
- Me, an Empath: You have an intuitive understanding of the emotional state of any Animate being within 30 feet. Once per person per day you may roll Charisma + Influence to learn what things they respect or disrespect in others.
- Party Animal: You are welcome at, and will be granted entrance to, any social gathering or party, at least as an observer.
- Poker Face: You reveal only what you want to reveal. It is impossible to determine whether or not you are lying. You may roll Charisma + Performance to resist any investigative Effect that targets you. If you successfully resist, you determine the info they get.
- On its own, your empath abilities do not allow you to detect lies.
- A "social gathering" might include a birthday party, after-work drinks, a ski trip, or yoga in the park, among other things. It likely would not include a cult gathering to summon a demon, Congressional negotiations over a contentious bill, etc.
- In rare cases, GMs may require you to make a roll to lie to particularly powerful beings.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
Glow Food
Glow food makes you charismatic and..weirdly hot?

Haze is inhumanly charismatic due to his dealings with the darker sides of the world. The many different dealings with those on the other side have left him with the ability to say just the right thing at just the right time.

You may use an Influence Effect on anyone who uses your title without Exerting your Mind. One free activation per individual per day.
- Hey, Listen!: You cannot be ignored or unheard when directly addressing an entity.

It doesn't seem like anything from the outside. From the inside, though? It's like something automatic more than a feeling or a visual. You just instinctively want to behave like you would for someone you could see was sad or happy or anything else.

- Poker Face: You reveal only what you want to reveal. It is impossible to determine whether or not you are lying. You may roll Charisma + Performance to resist any investigative Effect that targets you. If you successfully resist, you determine the info they get.
- Being forced to Stan will not force someone to violate any of their Limits or to engage in violence of any kind (though they may still do so of their own volition).
