Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
- Electroreception: You may detect electromagnetic fields, electric currents, and even neurological activity in a 50 foot radius from yourself at all times. When detecting neurological activity, you learn nothing but the creature's rough size.
- Hearing: You may hear sounds of sub- and hyper-sonic frequencies, allowing you to hear tiny things (mice, insects, etc) better, and pick up on the vibrations of massive things (earthquakes, atmospheric disruptions, etc) long before others.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.
Any senses which have been heightened cannot be overloaded. Battle Scars you receive cannot affect these senses.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Substance addiction: oil. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.
- Examples of overloading a sense include: an explosion causing temporary deafness, a bright light causing blindness, a sedative causing numbness, etc.
- When you are within 50 feet of range, your electroreception sense is sufficient for aiming.

Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

Cat's Eyes
Through his studies on cats after and during school hours and the inspiration he received from a harbringer (The Artist) he has figured out a way to extract the genes of a cat pertaining to their vision qualities into a highly experimental solution. Wild Hound’s Hunting
Colvin has started to physically change, taking on some of the senses of a wild Fae hunter
Colvin passively can differentiate scents to a greater degree than the average person, similar to the ability of a hunting hound.
To most, he just seems a little oddly perceptive. Those who really look into him though start to notice that he reacts to scents instinctively almost the same way a dog would, and with a similar level of ability in differentiation.
The Spear has begun to truly initiate Colvin into the physique of a hunter. While before it “graced” him with the Bite of Gwyn’s Hounds and a small slice of the Fae’s glamour magic, now it grants him the Hounds’ sensory ability.

The beastmaster closes their eyes and channels nature's bloody struggle for survival. When their eyes reopen, they catch the light and glow red like a dog's. While in this heightened state, they may sense heat signatures and triangulate the tiniest sound.

Your senses are enhanced in the following way. Lasts for three hours.
- Thermal: You are able to "see" heat signatures within your line of sight.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.
- Your thermal vision allows you to judge temperatures of surfaces fairly accurately as long as they are within livable temperatures.
