OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.

There is sanctity in one's ability to remain ever vigilant. To remain a fighter for those in dire need. The hands of which were made to kill, is only ever the hand of which desires peace. She has the hands of Gaia, the mother of all that is living, and with it, the hands of which that take it away.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with melee weapons.
+2 dice to all rolls with melee weapons. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using melee weapons.
You also gain the following effects:
- Riposte: If you successfully Defend against an attack within range of your melee weapon, you deal Damage equal to your excess Outcome plus Weapon Damage back to your attacker.
- Sheathing the Sword: When you would Clash with an opponent, before the dice are rolled, you may opt to have both sides deal full damage. If you do, your attack roll is at -2 Difficulty.
- Two Swords are better than One: If you are wielding more than one melee weapon, you may Attack with all using the highest Weapon Damage, plus 1 for each additional weapon. If you reserve a weapon, any Clash or Defend roll you make is -1 Difficulty, and mob penalties are ignored. Maximum +5 Damage from bonus weapons.

After using Crew's weapon with his permision for so long, the gods have blessed Iktan with ability to honor the warrior's weapon

Meteor Hammer Mastery
Bo has spent his life studying the use of the meteor hammer
Bo is unbelievably adept at the use of the meteor hammer. He has spent his life training with it for multiple hours per day. It is an extension of his being. Any attack/defense made with a meteor hammer uses dex instead of brawn.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with Meteor Hammers.
+2 dice to all rolls with Meteor Hammers. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using Meteor Hammers.
You also gain the following effects:
- Heavy Strikes: If you are attacking with a blunt weapon, if your attack causes an Injury you may choose to knock the target down and back 15 feet. Standing up is typically a Quick Action.
- Quick Draw: You may draw and equip yourself with any melee weapon on your person or within arm’s reach as a Free Action, as long as it is not being wielded by someone else.
Contestant's Technique
I was the top of the scoreboards, you know.
Being incredibly capable with the gladiatorial weapons of your time, you know all the best techniques for killing, disarming, or defending yourself as quick as possible. Because if you didn't? You'd find yourself derezzed in a milisec flat.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with Hardlight Blades.
+2 dice to all rolls with Hardlight Blades. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using Hardlight Blades.
You also gain the following effects:
- Finesse: You may limit the Severity of any Injury you inflict or determine a maximum Wound Level to inflict on the target, including Incapacitated. You may also choose to make this Injury properly or improperly stabilized, or to keep it unstabilized.
- Quick Draw: You may draw and equip yourself with any melee weapon on your person or within arm’s reach as a Free Action, as long as it is not being wielded by someone else.
Blades of Justice
Dealing out justice doesn't have to be deadly to be carried out with great force!
Baldric wields his blades with a tight grip, not letting anyone but himself decide if and when he drops the weapons. With even more intensity, he keeps a keen eye on his enemy and waits for when he can deal a decisive blow to knock them out, this can be with the first strike or even after a long and arduous battle.
Having worked heavily on his weapons, Baldric Anders has tested out and trained excessively with his blades and therefore understands this kind of weapon very well. New blades are quickly understood at a glance and he can quickly accommodate to their heft and weight balance. Furthermore, he knows the angle to twist the blades in order to achieve the right balance between deadly force and a minor grace.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with Swords.
+2 dice to all rolls with Swords. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using Swords.
You also gain the following effects:
- Finesse: When Attacking a single being, you may limit the Severity of any Injury you inflict or determine a maximum Wound Level, including Incapacitated. You may also choose to make this Injury properly or improperly stabilized, or to keep it unstabilized.
- Grip Discipline: You cannot be disarmed against your will by Minor, Major, or Severe Battle Scars, physical Actions, environmental conditions, botches, or Effects. Your weapon may still be destroyed.

The ninja is a master of a wide variety of martial weapons. They kill quickly and quietly.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with melee ninja weapons.
+2 dice to all rolls with melee ninja weapons. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using melee ninja weapons.
You also gain the following effects:
- Assassin: If your attack Injures your target, they cannot make a sound, even incidentally, for a single Round. Even the sound of their body and equipment dropping to the ground is silenced.
- Falling Crane Strike: If you move and then make a successful attack against a target closer than the full distance you could have moved, you may choose to travel the excess movement in a straight line beyond the target.
