A 3 Gift Blast Power used by Nikki, created by BOMBSHELL2150.

Description

Nikki chugs out a series of power chords that build with intensity, the air in front of the guitar starting to warp and pulse with instability. He releases it with a flourish, the soundwaves exploding amidst the enemy in a torrent of sonic destruction.

System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and target a Location in line of sight and within 50 feet to be the center of the blast. The area in a 10 feet radius of your target immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Next round, on your initiative, roll Dexterity + Performance Difficulty 6 as a Free Action. Every creature remaining within 10 feet of the targeted Location takes Outcome + 3 damage. Armor is Reduced to 1/2, rounded up against this damage.

Enhancements

  • Cooked Off (The blast occurs immediately instead of during the next Round. Targets inside the radius may use an appropriate Reaction at GMs discretion.)

    • None - Dodge or Parry

Drawbacks

  • Mage (Activating this Effect requires two consecutive Actions of Concentration. It involves intricate use of the body and voice. If interrupted during activation, the Effect fails. It is obvious you are preparing to activate an Effect during casting.)
    • Activation Ritual - Playing Guitar
  • Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
    • Object - Guitar
