Description
It mix of fire arrow and starlight Explosion that use Special arrow as Medium to Channel the fiery explosion
System
Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and target a Location in line of sight and within 50 feet to be the center of the blast. The area in a 20 feet radius of your target immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Next round, on your initiative, roll Dexterity + Occult Difficulty 6 as a Free Action. Every creature remaining within 20 feet of the targeted Location takes Outcome + 2 damage. Armor is Fully Effective against this damage.
Enhancements
- Deflagration (Any flammable Objects within the radius during the blast will catch fire, and any being who takes at least 4 Damage will catch fire. Starting the Round after they caught fire, flaming targets take 2 Damage per Round until the fire is extinguished.)

(The blast occurs immediately instead of during the next Round. Targets inside the radius may use an appropriate Reaction at GMs discretion.)
