Offr.com: What's it worth?

Sooner or later, all Contractors receive an invitation to join Offr Red, the secret membership tier. Offr Red members gain access to exclusive high-confidence, anonymous services. They can sell extraordinary items to Offr or put them up for auction for other Offr Red members to bid on. Crafty Contractors rejoice!
On rare occasions, Offr can even make deals to tie up pesky Loose Ends. However, they always demand a special favor in return.

Every ounce of his being begins to focus on his vision, his perception of the outside world... granting him the brief ability to view it all completely unhindered.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. You must use up a cigarette in order to activate this Effect.
You may perceive things through sight within 500 feet of you with perfect clarity as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next 30 minutes.
You may perceive through up to 15 feet of material. The Difficulty of all Perception rolls made through a wall are increased by 1 per wall.
- This does not satisfy the Line of Sight requirement for targeted Effects.
Lesser Omnipotency

Cham closes his eyes, says a short prayer, and unfolds and expands his omnipotency over the area, turning his head in directions as if he is looking at things, while his eyes glow white.
He will gain intimate knowledge of things in range as if he observed with the senses directly, but it's more accurate to say this power temporarily lifts a mortal limitation from him, unleashing his natural angelic knowledge.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. This Effect cannot be used unless Alternate Form.
You may perceive things within 75 feet of you as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next five minutes. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect.
Any Perception rolls made through obstacles are rolled at +1 Difficulty.

Ear to the Wall

You may perceive things through hearing within 500 feet of you with perfect clarity as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next 30 minutes. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect.
You may perceive through up to 15 feet of material. The Difficulty of all Perception rolls made through a wall are increased by 1 per wall.
- This does not satisfy the Line of Sight requirement for targeted Effects.
Scrying
Your eyes roll back, the water or orb projects the image and sound into the air.
The world is yours to see and hear, doesn't mean I have to be there to witness it.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. Select a target Location within 75 feet. You may select a target at any range if you use up object owned by the target. of the target. You must actively and obviously use staff, orb or clear water. to activate this Effect.
You may perceive things as if you were standing at that Location for the next 30 minutes. You may move your senses back and forth between your projected location and your real location without prematurely ending the effect. You may only have one projected location active at a time.
- You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
- Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.
Astral Glance
To see beyond, you must open your third eye.
The mystic enters a meditation while focusing on a remote location. A glowing sigil of an eye appears on their forehead, and a ghostly image of themselves meditating appears at the location they are envisioning. For a brief period, they may see the area they are projecting to as though they were standing there.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target Location within 75 feet.
You may perceive things as if you were standing at that Location for the next 30 minutes. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is eyes slightly glow. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
You create a visible manifestation at the Location where your senses are projected which looks like a ghostly image of yourself meditating.

The influencer is 100% tuned-in to any sort of chatter about themselves. Any time someone nearby so much as whispers about them, they know who they were and what they said.
This Effect activates whenever someone talks about you. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target Location within 75 feet. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event.
You may perceive things through hearing as if you were standing at that Location for the next 30 minutes. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.
- When triggered, the Effect activation resolves immediately after the triggering Action. It is not Reaction speed.
- This does not satisfy the Line of Sight requirement for targeted Effects.
