OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.

Cham closes his eyes, says a short prayer, and unfolds and expands his omnipotency over the area, turning his head in directions as if he is looking at things, while his eyes glow white.
He will gain intimate knowledge of things in range as if he observed with the senses directly, but it's more accurate to say this power temporarily lifts a mortal limitation from him, unleashing his natural angelic knowledge.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. This Effect cannot be used unless Alternate Form.
You may perceive things within 75 feet of you as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next five minutes. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect.
Any Perception rolls made through obstacles are rolled at +1 Difficulty.
- You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action. Select a target Location within 75 feet.
You may perceive things through sight as if you were standing at that Location. The effect lasts indefinitely but you must maintain Concentration to keep it up. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.
Others near you may choose to observe what you are perceiving by phone screen.

Root Resonance
Phil extends roots from his body into the ground, allowing him to hear sounds wherever his roots are.
Exert your Mind (unless Phil is in direct sunlight) and spend an Action. Select a target Location within 75 feet , and which is directly adjacent to the ground. You must be within arm's reach of the ground to activate this Effect.
You may perceive things through hearing as if you were standing at that Location for the next 30 minutes. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is underground rumbling. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.

- Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.
Ear to the Wall
Daisy bares her bunny ears and lifts one toward the sound she’s listening for.

Dreamlands Overlay
"Leaving a little bit of myself in the Dreamlands when I come back lets me see in both at once."
Minerva lets out a breath and closes her eyes for a moment. She slips into the Dreamlands for just a moment, and when she comes back, she leaves just a little bit of herself there. Opening her eyes, her irises have become rainbow coloured, and she can see in both, although she's just a little paler, like some of the colour has left her.
In a pinch, she can illusion her irises back to normal, but she prefers to leave them like that.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. You must actively and obviously use silver fox pendant to activate this Effect.

"Did you hear what she said about me?"
The influencer is 100% tuned-in to any sort of chatter about themselves. Any time someone nearby so much as whispers about them, they know who they were and what they said.
This Effect activates whenever someone talks about you. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target Location within 75 feet. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event.
You may perceive things through hearing as if you were standing at that Location for the next 30 minutes. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.
- When triggered, the Effect activation resolves immediately after the triggering Action. It is not Reaction speed.
- This does not satisfy the Line of Sight requirement for targeted Effects.
Astral Glance
To see beyond, you must open your third eye.
The mystic enters a meditation while focusing on a remote location. A glowing sigil of an eye appears on their forehead, and a ghostly image of themselves meditating appears at the location they are envisioning. For a brief period, they may see the area they are projecting to as though they were standing there.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target Location within 75 feet.
You may perceive things as if you were standing at that Location. The effect lasts indefinitely but you must maintain Concentration to keep it up. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.
You create a visible manifestation at the Location where your senses are projected which looks like a ghostly image of yourself meditating.
