OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.

The box hides its contents from anyone not in possession of it. Once opened up by the right person it seems to expand to the sides and back, but only if viewed from the lid's side, revealing every weapon stored in it.
This box was blessed by a Tengri shaman and dedicated to the allfather's incarnation as the red god of war - Daichi Tengri.

Runes of Reduction
Pocket asset deployment.
This object is marked with runes, at least 1 inside and 1 outside. When activated, a faint werelight outlines them as the container shrinks and morphs into a metal cigarette case with a runic design in the center. Activating this expands the container back to its full size. From inside, the runes glow faintly for as long as the container is shrunk(this does not provide illumination, but indication)
Mike can mark the interior and exterior of an object with runes to create a spatial compression. The interior rune(s) anchor the volume of space inside while the external one(s) compress the object spatially and warp it's form. The cigarette case form is just a jab at his former boss's smoking habit.
Your Artifact has a normal storage capacity, but can be collapsed down to a pocket-sized version without losing any internal storage. You cannot access the contents while it is collapsed. Objects stored inside are weightless.

Evidence Locker
Currently and originally, this dirty old black tactical backpack looks like it has seen better days. Pockets within pockets within pockets. Mylar straps abound, and the handy side sippers that allow the bag to expand whenever you need that extra little bit of room.
He's not sure when it happened exactly, or Why it happened, but at some point the backpack simply changed. It was always his "Lucky Backpack," but this was something new. Dubbed the Evidence Locker by his fellow detectives, it takes far more to fill the bag than it used to. Maybe it was all the magical and alien things he kept putting in it. Whatever the reason, why look a gift horse in the mouth. (no pun intended).
