Voices from the Void “Furby Sing!”
Furby emits a frequency that the brain can pick up. Using this they can send messages to others without speaking.
Spend an Action. Select a target within 300 feet of you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location.
You may send a single message to your target. It can be no more complicated than a multi-page letter or a long email.
The message will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is your ears twitch. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 2.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Mute.

Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

Osteomancy

Once you have a set of bones and other objects, you will need to assign each a meaning. These meanings vary by set and practitioner. Some diviners draw runes on their bones; some give label each object as a person (woman, man, nonbinary, child); and others give more broad meanings. As an example, Ill tell you what some bones meanings are that i use: malice, creativity, career, passion, love, money. You can also have seashells that stand for people (male, female, adult, child, etc.).

Philip curls into a fetal position and begins muttering to himself, scratching at his face, and crying. He is wracked with guilt, anger, and hate. A few words can be made out, all violent. It is clear this man has lost his mind.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Philip mutter, shake, and sob uncontrollably.

Contacts an individual via UI interaction, searching for them by username and manually typing out the message in the air.
ORCAnnihilator is subscribed to a premium messaging service within NEO-GENIS that bypasses typical chat and comm functionalities, interacting with them directly via UI and Menu elements. It also bypasses player ‘blocks’ and (at base rate) provides a one-way stream of communication. Some have called for its removal due to concerns of harassment and violation of privacy. The Witch summons a crow, whispers a message to it, and sends it off to deliver her words. Half an hour later, the crow arrives at the recipient and repeats her message aloud in its croaking, animal voice.
