The devil himself blessed this guitar. Due to Satan's blessing, it can no longer be destroyed. A clause was added to Bubba's contract that recovery of the artifact is now included should it be lost.
This Artifact cannot be broken. If this Artifact is lost and in no one else’s possession, it finds its way back to its true owner during the next Downtime.
By default, the creator of this Artifact is its true owner. The true owner may formally bequeath this Artifact onto another person within arm’s reach, after which they are its true owner. If the true owner dies or is destroyed, their ownership ends. If this Artifact has no true owner, anyone may spend one day attuning to it to become its true owner.
If the true owner of this Artifact ever dies, it immediately disappears. At least one week later, it will appear to one that's a master musician and reveal its power to them. They become its new true owner.
If this Artifact is in no one else’s possession, its true owner may Exert their Mind and spend two Actions to bring it to themselves.
- If there is no available Next of Kin, it will wait two months and then appear to a random person. If multiple next of kin are appropriate, the GM will decide randomly.

OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.

The Mark of Mr. Noodle Sockington
Back when Paul first met Mr Noodle Sockington, they swore to never be separated. Noodle had an idea to bind the two of them together and thus Paul was burnt by Mr Noodle's love. This ceremony has deemed Paul ever aware of the whereabouts of Mr Noodle and what he is up to. Plus Paul got a really pretty heart shaped burn mark on his hand that's really hard to explain to partners, almost as hard to explain as the sock puppet he refuses to sleep without.

If this Artifact is used by someone other than its creator, its creator is alerted and learns the user's appearance, direction, and distance at that moment. The creator may use a single investigation Effect on them once at any range. The user gets the feeling that they are being watched.
This Artifact's creator must have it with them to have restful sleep. They cannot regain Mind or Source while separated from this Artifact.

If the true owner of this Artifact ever dies, it immediately disappears. At least one week later, it will appear to A denizen of Maikendo and reveal its power to them. They become its new true owner.
Whenever this Artifact is unattended and within 300 feet of its true owner, it will fly back to them. When not held or stowed, it floats beside its true owner, moving with them. While within 10 feet, the true owner does not need to touch it to use it.
This Artifact's true owner must have it with them to have restful sleep. They cannot regain Mind or Source while separated from this Artifact.

Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Red Desire: If someone takes an injury, Roll self control, If failed you must check their injury and attempt or request any amount of their blood. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.

Anamnesis
Ever-present memories torment and comfort in turn.
Whenever the Artifact is called by its true owner to return to them, its gemstone eye glints and begins to glow as the rest of the Artifact's body darkens until it becomes wispy and shadow-like. The eye flashes brightly a single time, and then the Artifact lunges 'forward' - though, since the Artifact is curled up, the lunge is merely a rapid rotation of its body as the head attempts to chase down the tail. While this happens, there is a gradual increase in the Artifact's wispiness, and it essentially dissolves into nothingness during the sudden burst of movement. Moments later, a glowing mint-colored spark nigh-instantly traces the circumference of the Artifact's true owner's left ring finger, coalescing into the gemstone eye as the rest of the Artifact assembles from shadowy mist.
