Shooting a bow is part of every knights training. Becoming blind did make it harder but his hearing becoming better has counterbalanced that. He can visual his surroundings in his mind and use that the hit his target.

Take a deep breath. Aim at the target. Hold your breath. Release the shot.

You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with bows, crossbows, slingshots, and slings.

You receive +2 dice to all rolls using bows, crossbows, slingshots, and slings. Reloading is a Free Action, and drawing your weapon does not require a Quick Action as long as it is on your person.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Finesse: When Attacking a single being, you may limit the Severity of any Injury you inflict or determine a maximum Wound Level, including Incapacitated. You may also choose to make this Injury properly or improperly stabilized, or to keep it unstabilized.
  • Hail Storm: You may Exert your Mind to make an attack with bows, crossbows, slingshots, and slings against all targets within a 120 degree arc in front of you. Your full attack Outcome applies to each of them, but they may attempt to Dodge or Defend if they are aware of the attack.

Community Archery Mastery Gifts

You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with combat bows. You must actively and obviously be using a bow and arrows to gain the benefits of this Effect.

You receive +2 dice to all rolls using combat bows. Reloading is considered a Free Action.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Bullet Parry: You may Defend against any attack in range of your attacks. Defending this way still costs a Reaction.
  • Point Control: Called Shots that you attempt only require a Contested Outcome of 2 for small targets and 4 for tiny targets.
  • Pincushion: Any attack or Effect activation roll against a target that already has one of your projectiles stuck into them is rolled at -1 Difficulty.

You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with Bows.

Your attacks with Bows have their base Difficulty set to 6, are no longer limited by your Brawn, and deal +1 Bonus Damage. Armor is fully effective against this damage. Reloading is considered a Free Action.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Your arrows are treated as Firearms when determining how they can be Reacted to.
  • Leave No Trace: Your projectiles crumble or vanish after impact, leaving no meaningful trace of your assault beyond the wounds they leave. If your attack would kill or incapacitate your target, they make no sound, even incidentally, for the next Round.

  • Reminder: Bonus Damage stacks with Weapon Damage, but does not stack with any other Bonus Damage. Instead, the highest Bonus Damage is used.

You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with bows, crossbows, slingshots, and slings.

  • Bullet Parry: You may use a Reaction to Defend against any Melee, thrown, or projectile Attack in range of your Attacks.
  • Pincushion: Any attack or Effect activation roll against a target that already has one of your projectiles stuck into them is rolled at -1 Difficulty.

You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with Bey Launchers.

You receive +2 dice to all rolls using Bey Launchers. Reloading is a Free Action, and drawing your weapon does not require a Quick Action as long as it is on your person.

You also gain the following effects:

  • All-Terrain Archer: Your attacks made with Bey Launchers never suffer penalties due to movement or environmental conditions. This includes sprinting, climbing, firing in the rain, etc.
  • Bullet Parry: You may use a Reaction to Defend against any Melee, thrown, or projectile Attack in range of your Attacks.
  • Hail Storm: You may Exert your Mind to make an attack with Bey Launchers against all targets within a 120 degree arc in front of you. Your full attack Outcome applies to each of them, but they may attempt to Dodge or Defend if they are aware of the attack.

You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with wooden longbows.

You receive +2 dice to all rolls using wooden longbows. Reloading is a Free Action, and drawing your weapon does not require a Quick Action as long as it is on your person.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Bullet Parry: You may use a Reaction to Defend against any Melee, thrown, or projectile Attack in range of your Attacks.
  • Bullseye: If you are not making an attack or activating an Effect, any projectile you fire will be considered a complete success without needing to make a roll.
