CryptoLeak: Silence is Broken
CryptoLeak is a video streaming platform with a singular goal: to allow users to upload and share video content, no matter what. Videos uploaded to cryptoleak cannot be removed, doctored, or censored.
Despite a near-universal condemnation by world leaders, most people greatly appreciate CryptoLeak. It's the go-to platform for posting illuminations, whistleblowing evidence, and data leaks.
CryptoLeak is a mundane technlogical entity that cannot be controlled or destroyed. It has no backing business or organization. It utilizes a distributed architecture that allows it to host content across the entire world, sharding and mirroring its petabytes of data accross millions of personal devices. Content uploaded to CryptoLeak is immutable and cannot be doctored or redacted by any known means.
For once, technology has put the power in the hands of the little guys.
World governments and other powerful organizations can still censor or restrict access to CryptoLeak within their domains, and they sometimes utilize the platform for misinformation and psy-ops campaigns. However, for most people, CryptoLeak represents the freedom to speak and be heard.
Of course, simply uploading a video does not gaurentee it will be seen or gain traction, nor does it protect you from any consequences that may come along with pulling back the veil. . .

From putting his workers on the line and to his commandeering attitude he is still a charming fellow in some manner, demanding his name to be called, he is to be called the devil in a manner as the way of how sly he may be but how ruthless he is to his employees, all marked down by the tattoo on his back to represent it all.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your An Oni tattoo on the back.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Call me Senpai: You may ask to be called by a specific title. Sapient beings will use this title when addressing you, unless they Exert their Mind to resist for the day. You may use an Influence Effect on anyone who uses your title without Exerting your Mind. One free activation per individual per day.
- If your An Oni tattoo on the back is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months, or until you can recover any relevant missing items (which may involve a side-game and requires a GM to approve whatever process is used).

This man is filled to the brim with rizz. It's wild- almost otherworldly- that one person could harness such charisma. His smile alone could melt the hearts of anyone who casts their gaze in his direction.
Nightmares: there is one repetitive nightmare that occasionally triggers at night. Nico is alone in a dark forest, desperately running for his life. His body is covered in blood, his back is in agony, and something is hunting him. He always wakes up right before it catches him.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Charisma rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Charisma (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Nightmares.
You also gain the following effects:
- Party Animal: You are welcome at, and will be granted entrance to, any social gathering or party, at least as an observer.
- Poker Face: You reveal only what you want to reveal. It is impossible to determine whether or not you are lying. You may roll Charisma + Performance to resist any investigative Effect that targets you. If you successfully resist, you determine the info they get.
- A "social gathering" might include a birthday party, after-work drinks, a ski trip, or yoga in the park, among other things. It likely would not include a cult gathering to summon a demon, Congressional negotiations over a contentious bill, etc.
- In rare cases, GMs may require you to make a roll to lie to particularly powerful beings.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

- Me, an Empath: You have an intuitive understanding of the emotional state of any Animate being within 30 feet. Once per person per day you may roll Charisma + Influence to learn what things they respect or disrespect in others.
- On its own, your empath abilities do not allow you to detect lies.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

- Being forced to Stan will not force someone to violate any of their Limits or to engage in violence of any kind (though they may still do so of their own volition).
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
