Description

Cham closes his eyes, says a short prayer, and unfolds and expands his omnipotency over the area, turning his head in directions as if he is looking at things, while his eyes glow white.

System

Exert your Mind, choose a target Location within 1 mile, and roll Perception + Alertness Difficulty 6 as a Committed Action. You may see (but not hear or use other senses) as if you were standing at that Location for up to Outcome in rounds. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect, and you cannot perceive anything locally while the Effect is active.

Enhancements

  • X-ray (Instead of projecting to a target location, you may perceive clearly to at least your range. You may perceive through up to 15 feet of material. The Difficulty of all Perception rolls made through a wall are increased by 1 per wall.)

Drawbacks

  • Conditional (This Effect is only available when a certain condition is met. This condition must be severe enough that this Gift is unusable the majority of the time.)
    • Condition - Alternate Form
  • Long Cast (This Effect takes one minute to activate.)
