Description
Dr. Freeman can alter the memories of a person as long as he is touching their brain.
System
Exert your Mind, choose an Animate target within Arm's Reach, and spend 15 Minutes activating this Power. Roll Intellect + Medicine ( dice) Difficulty 6, which the target can resist by rolling Mind, Difficulty 6. Successes determine the amount of detail and completeness of the memory alteration. Only a One Week period may be altered at once.
This power does not give you the ability to read the target’s mind, so the detail with which you can alter the target’s memory is limited to your knowledge of what they know. The period you are affecting is chosen either by time ("last friday night") or an event ("when the murder occurred").

(Instead of altering a period of memory, you may have the target forget any specific knowledge, regardless of period. For example: a loved one, a place they've been, a beloved object they've owned, etc.)

(Instead of altering a period of memory, you may have the target forget one specific detail, regardless of period. For example, a password, a phone number, directions to a house, etc.)

(You may have the target forget some or all of the affected without swapping in a replacement memory.)
