The Universal Constructor is able to do precise bulk fabrication of standard building pieces, given sufficient supplemental power. It's also able to reclaim those just as quickly.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within arm's reach. You must use up lithium-ion battery in order to activate this Effect.
Select one of the following alterations to create out of man-made construction materials originating at the target:
The alteration begins to form when you activate this Effect and finishes forming on your initiative in the next Round. Until it finishes forming, it is not guaranteed to function.
This alteration lasts indefinitely but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 6 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through. See the extended system text for GM guidance on various tools.
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
When the Artifact owner attempts to shroud themselves from danger, they use their eye's lantern-light to detect ripples, currents and various other eddies in the environment around them. This dizzying array of glinting and partially unnatural phenomena is then complimented by the Artifact owner's own glow-water brightening for a split second. The former, through the Artifact owner's efforts, is temporarily hidden until the right moment. Any incoming harm beyond that point which manages to disturb the illusion also reveals the force and, in turn, causes it to lash out.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless you are an abyssal centipede. Roll Perception + Stealth at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a Barrier extending out 15 feet from yourself, which absorbs 2 times the next (Outcome +4) Damage. Only applies to attacks which originated outside the 15 foot radius, and protects anyone who is within that radius. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. This Artifact may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
The barrier will fall after two hours, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
This Artifact cannot be broken.
This Artifact's creator is always aware of the direction and distance to this Artifact.
Bankston raises the ornate scales high, uttering a commanding language reminiscent of a judge laying out a judgment. With a deft motion, he positions nettle and Mugwort leaves on opposite sides of the scales, Flames igniting on there own. The flames dance with hues of dark red and bright purple, casting flickering shadows. As Bankston gazes into the flames, visions of past crimes materialize before him. the flames surge forth, Painfully searing into his eyes and imprinting an awareness of his prey and their victims.
By intentionally criminal beings i mean to target beings that have an activate understanding and engagement with society and laws, they just chose to break those laws anyways.
Victims of crimes i mean individuals who are actively having a crime committed against them. some one being attacked in the streets, or kidnapped, or just got robbed an hour ago. People are not Victims forever.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Balancing the scales, and lighting the plants on flame on either side.. You must use up nettle and Mugwort leaves in order to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.
You automatically detect all Victims of crimes and intentionally criminal beings within 10 miles of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
You learn basic information about why each detected being is being detected. For example, if you detect Criminals, you may learn how many crimes they have committed and what type.
You receive Their scent for each being you detect.

When drawn this rifle transforms from the size of a quarter to a compact rifle in a spilt second. This weapon fires energy not bullets and has energy in it that is the equivalent of 12 60 round magazines. This artifact regenerates one magazine of ammo a day if not at full charge. This weapon has a full gen 4 thermal scope that will see heat through solid objects at a decent distance. The energy rounds will shred and do more damage to those will armor that stops bullets.
This hidden killer was created by Radiant R&D and is used by high ranked members. The technology behind the transformative nanobots used to make this weapons primary function possible is one of many things that lead to the rise of Radiant industries as a powerhouse in the global race for ever higher technology. The energy rifle design is used to destroy armors that are usually focused on stopping bullets. Having more efficient means of putting the Radiant's rivals in the grave is just smart business.
This Artifact can be used as a rifle. It is roughly the same size as a rifle but can be collapsed into A coin and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.
Attack by rolling Dexterity + Firearms, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +5 Weapon Damage.

The spy can do up their passport to take on the appearance of any valid form of identification they may need.
This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a passport and just as difficult to conceal.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. This Artifact changes its appearance into an Object within the category of forms of identification. This lasts until you decide to end the Effect, which may be done as a Free Action.
The new object's appearance can mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), but must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.
The new appearance is illusory; it will hold up to scrutiny, but its composition is not altered and it gains no new functionality. Any attempt to use it for a function which it cannot perform (for instance, making bread look like a knife and then trying to stab someone) will cause the illusion to fail or allow a Perception check to see through the illusion, at the GM's discretion.
If the Selkie's seal skin is worn close to the body, any contact with salt water will cause them to transform into a seal. While transformed, they have full access to their normal suite of Powers.
This Effect activates whenever you are submerged in salt water. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event.
You transform into small for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you cannot use your Active, Targeted, or Trap Powers. However, you can use your Passive Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
The lightning bracers can be activated to summon a thunderbolt into the wearer's hand. Throwing these thunderbolts makes an incredibly loud boom. Once a thunderbolt is in hand, the wearer can throw as many as they wish. The electricity from these bolts will jump between nearby targets.
This Artifact produces ephemeral projectiles that can be used as a javelin.

The airship of solitude is the mad scientist's lair and preferred mode of travel. The mad scientist may pilot the ship alone or rely on its autopilot features for ultimate convenience.
This Artifact can be used as a blimp. It is roughly the same size as a blimp but can be collapsed into a phone-sized canvas cube and concealed. Collapsing or expanding it costs a Quick Action.

You gain the following benefits as long as you are not at all wet and you are wearing this Artifact.
You and everything you are carrying is obscured in one of the following manners. You may Spend an Action to change the way in which you're concealed.
While this Effect is active, any Effect that would obscure you or your equipment specifically from other, additional senses fails automatically.
If someone discovers you, this Effect will not help you hide from them for the next minute. This Effect does not end early when you activate an obvious Effect, attack, or receive an Injury.
