This Artifact allows you to detect all nearby Elementals, Impure Beings, and Wet Beings and Lost Puddlings.

On Legendary Artifact River's Gift.
( You must actively and obviously be using up a gallon of water. You must obviously use this Artifact to activate this Effect. When activating this Effect, this Artifact is obviously Alien and cannot be concealed under your clothes or similar.)

The jacket whips back and forth, as if caught within a storm, as the wearer holds their hands out. Nearby unattended water flows towards them, forming a bubble between their hands. As the Lake Lord's eyes glow a vibrant blue, the bubble grows and glows in turn, before the wearer claps their hands together and the ritual ends. The wearer can feel the presence of the detected beings as if they were ripples on an endless, still ocean.

The Lake Lord is a being of pure water, and thus impurities are keenly clear to it. It's influence of purity only extends to its own body, however. And so the Conduit comes into play. The conduit's role is to internalize the power of the Lake Lord, then push that power outwards to affect the world.

Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: holding out your hands as a large glowing bubble forms between them, them clapping them together as the bubble vanishes. This Effect cannot be used unless the Lake Lord is within 50ft of the user. You must use up a gallon of water in order to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You automatically detect all Elementals, Impure Beings, and Wet Beings and Lost Puddlings within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

Even if there are no Elementals, Impure Beings, and Wet Beings or Lost Puddlings within 300 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

  • This Effect does not satisfy the line of sight targeting requirement for other Effects.

Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: kneeling down, and closing her eyes, meditating for a short moment. You must actively and obviously use silver fox pendant to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You automatically detect all Alien beings within 1 mile of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

You receive a common name for each being you detect.

After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

  • This Effect does not satisfy the line of sight targeting requirement for other Effects.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action.

You automatically detect all Supernatural beings within 50 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

If no Supernatural beings targets are within 50 feet of you, and then one enters range, you automatically detect it, even if this Effect is not active.

All Supernatural beings who you can sense are equally able to sense you.

  • This Effect does not satisfy the line of sight targeting requirement for other Effects.

Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Tapping on the computer to input his specific biometrics and syncing the machine with his personal nanomachines. You must actively and obviously use A computer to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You automatically detect all Beings watching him with malicious intent within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

Even while this Effect is not active, if any Beings watching him with malicious intent come within 300 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.

Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Consumes a mind effecting substance and says "Here piggy piggy". You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You automatically detect the closest of any Law Enforcement within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense their direction and distance.

If no Law Enforcement targets are within 300 feet of you, and then one enters range, you automatically detect it, even if this Effect is not active.

Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action.

You automatically detect all the lgbt within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

Even while this Effect is not active, if any the lgbt come within 300 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.

Even if there are no the lgbt within 300 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

All the lgbt who you can sense are equally able to sense you.
