The gems on the crown glow an eerie black light, providing mind and soul, as Mimikao draws out a piece of himself to give, providing mass and form, the small chunk of differentiated shadows is then released-floating down to the ground before forming into a large cat made of shadows with a decently large pair of wings (though they're mostly cosmetic, it could fly under its own power even without them) and a large white gem in the center of its chest.
when attacking at range she sends out a bolt of dark fire, a whirling mix of black and purple capable of being used to make will o' wisp type displays, but not capable of actually lighting anything without extended contact.
cait-sith always knows where her master is, even if he doesn't have his crown.

Cassiopeia has formed an oath with Artemis, and in return, receives protection. She may call on the goddess, and a lesser personification of Artemis materializes to thwart incoming attacks.
On gift conception:
It was a night with a full moon, as she walked along the shores of Miami trying to think of a gift. On a regular night the stars would be nigh invisible from light pollution, but she noticed they were twinkling as brightly as if she were out camping in the wilderness. Suddenly there was a woman standing beside her; any normal person wouldn't bat an eye, but Cassiopeia saw a strange blue aura around her. The woman looked up at the moon and asked if she believed in Artemis. She asked if Cassiopeia would want to join the Hunt. Cassiopeia knew where this was going. She knew what she was in for, and there was one aspect that concerned her the most. Thus, she told the woman, "I would, but only if I can continue to age." There was a long silence, as if Artemis waited for Cassiopeia to change her mind, but after a few hours' long standoff, the goddess was intrigued enough to accept Cassiopeia's terms.
On Artemis' oath:
"I, Cassiopeia, pledge myself to the goddess Artemis. I turn my back on the company of men, accept eternal maidenhood without immortality, and join the hunt."
On semantics:
Cassiopeia has always been wary of wording in agreements, and this one was no different. Did "men" refer to people in general, or just... men?
On romance:
So long as Cassiopeia swears off of romantic love, she will be protected by Artemis. Is it cruel? Cassiopeia can't tell. But she doesn't see it as much of an obstacle because she's lived so long without the need for it (or any kind of affection at all). It makes for a good experiment to see if love is really powerful enough to make her turn against the gods.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Roll Charisma + Influence (3 dice) at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around yourself, which absorbs the next Outcome +4 Damage. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. You may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
The barrier will fall after two hours, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is Cassiopeia whispers prayers to Artemis. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
Strands of golden light coalesce from the foreheads of those close to you witnessing the effect. The strands form or deconstruct the object if desire from thin air in an instant, severing the ties from the minds of others. At the final moment of the object's (dis)appearance, those watching will see you in a flash of memory or fear as the cause or effect of their negative experience. You may replace a murderer at the scene of someone's death, or perhaps appear as the victim of an unfortunate accident they blame themselves for. You do not see these flashes, but the effects of your gift are obvious.
The mind is complex and intricate. On the physical level, it is a marvel of biology. You have learned to tap into the untapped potential within your own mind and that of those around you. Reaching into the metaphysical world is as simple as pulling a few strings. The more you have, the easier it gets.
You can use this to your advantage. By focusing deeply, you can manifest and demanifest the world around you. Whilst entirely held within your own mind, a bit of help from others never hurts.
You can't help it really. Reaching that deeply within a mind does terrible things to dredge up trauma. When the connection is severed, they see where you went - where you had to dig. They may never forgive you. They may never accept you. You are not enough. You are a monster.
Spend a Quick Action.
You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may only stash targets which are in your possession, grappled, or otherwise controlled by you.
You may store small firearms in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a ziploc snack bag (1 liter), and you may store up to 15 of them at a time.
You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see their darkest fears or worst memories flash before their eyes. You are present in these visions as either a cause or effect of said negative experience.

As long as you are conscious, you are immune to falling Damage and may hover in place mid-air. Additionally, you may glide as you fall, traveling 35 feet horizontally for every 10 feet you fall. While gliding, you fall at a minimum speed of 10 feet per Round.
You may ascend into the air and fly using your mind. Your Free Movement is Mind x5 feet/Round, including vertically. You cannot Dash. When sprinting, roll Mind and add your rating in Mind plus 1 to the outcome, multiply by 5 to find your sprint speed. Your encumbrance limit is 10 lbs per point of Mind.
You are subject to the following effects while gliding or flying:
The Thief casts a container's worth of fine powder into the air. The particulates are drawn to any sort of object that is designed to detect people, including tripwires, security cameras, detection lasers, heat sensors, etc. The powder will not trigger these devices or interfere with their operation, but it does reveal their presence to the Thief.
The cloud drifts and swirls, subtly following the Thief for a minute.

The time-traveler spins the second hand on one of their watches and speeds up until they are a blur.
