The doc draws some of their own blood with a syringe, and injects it into the target slowly, ideally around whatever location was the most affected. They do this to themselves too, and always seem to draw it from the same spot.
After the scare they experienced in one of their contracts, the doc used their expertise to alter their liver such that it creates antibodies which can cure anything known to man. This was a terrifying process of trial and error, and at least three hospital visits, but they've got it to a point theyre satisfied with. The only downside is that the antibodies and enzymes don't yet spread quickly enough throughout her body, so she has to manually inject herself if the passive amount in her blood doesn't fight off a problem. The good news is, whatever she did, the stuff she pulls from there seems to even work on robots, or the like - simply being injected into any opening that can be made on the target will make it slowly seek out and neutralize the problem.

You automatically detect all illegal materials within 50 feet of you for the next hour. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. You do not learn any details about the detected items.
The Toon performs some sort of cartoonish act of violence. This may be handing someone a bomb, hitting someone with a cartoon mallet, burping a burp that is so noxious it melts flesh, or anything else as long as it is cartoonish.
The attack is more of a throwaway gag than a plot element, so any props or properties of the attack are incidental and disappear immediately. Animated mallets evaporate in a puff of smoke, fire does not spread, and electricity cannot power devices.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 45 feet. Roll Charisma + Performance Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4. Armor is fully effective against this damage.
The Android's skin is extremely pale, their eyes are yellow, and their body stays at room temperature. They do not bleed, and traditional medicine is ineffective at treating them. Furthermore, they may be hacked by any supernatural effect that could hack a computer.
