Description
Cham stares at the target, his eyes burdened, his arms limp at his sides.
He looks.. mortal.
His eyes glaze over, and blood drips from wounds that open in his palms and ankles. After about a minute, his regeneration kicks in and he starts to come around.
There is no mundane hint that the target is marked for death- this is a taint on the soul.
System
Exert your Mind and spend an Action placing your mark on a target within Arm's Reach. As long as the mark is active, you know the direction and distance of the mark. A Mark lasts until destroyed, replaced, or you choose to end it.
You can have 1 marks active at a time.
The mark looks like Stigmata (bleeding palms, but only visible to psychics or devout empowered christians. It can be intuitively removed if discovered, but removing it will inflict a Severity 1 Injury.

(After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.)

(You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma.)
